Your Chiron is exactly conjunct his south node and your Saturn is also exactly conjunct his north node! Definitely fated but I can see how that would cause hesitancy as well for those are heavy karmic bonds. There must have been some serious pain associated with past life with him and in this life you may be helping teach him to grow and he may be paying you back from wounds he caused you? I’m guessing you Chiron being on his south node means you were wounded but don't quote me on that. Your north node is in your twelfth house which means you may benefit from meditation and going within to get more clarity on your past lives with him. He has his mercury conjunct his Chiron. He may feel his speaking and communication is impaired whether it’s real or not and relationship with siblings may also be difficult.
