Before I dive into any details of what our relationship (not any commitments as of right now, we're just in talking stage) consists of, I'm curious to see what others can see/predict about our relationship and dynamic as well as if there's potential for this to go the long haul.

Also wondering what us having part of fortune DW on each others Midheaven could mean?

The Mars/venus conjunction is opposed to Uranus/Neptune and moon. This is very electric.hot and sweaty.the extreme passions are difficult to sustain.
It does give a excellent accent to the grand trine.the eccentricity in your relationship might show longer duration than most.

The Juno/Jupiter midpoint is conjunct the node and square neptune and Uranus.
This is a very strong impluse for marriage.
But the square warns getting to far ahead of yourself.
These aspects bode great visions but dissolute resolve.

I think there is great stress as cross of Jupiter square Saturn,opposed to Chiron and opposed to the sun.
There is resistance as Saturn opposed to chiron.this gives a hands on mentality.he is the best to do what he does.but Jupiter/Saturn often makes relationships difficult as you are at odds on how important points.

There are very serious affairs around you.i guess that he is noncommittal because there seems to have been a influx of opportunities or gain around

A little insight now that I have an interpretation - we met online, living in different countries so when we'll get to meet is still up in the air due to the COVID pandemic... even with this obstacle in our way, there is an insanely sexually heavy energy between us. Despite never having met face to face, I have never been so sexually pulled by a person in my life (and not to give tmi, but I have a high libido in general so its not like this was ever an issue for me to begin with) and he is also extremely turned on by me. From what we've spoken, our libidos seem to be well matched which is hard to find because we both have strong appetites as individuals. Electric, hot and passionate is definitely a good description for us. It is so intense, I can not go on life without experiencing it in person.

He is very gemini heavy in energy and does indeed seem to be non-committal. I have been wanting to dive "deeper" into his psyche, but he doesn't like to get too deep in his emotions.. I'm wondering if it's all his 12th house energy..some of which also falls into my 12th house..its frustrating because I want to uncover more as from what I know about him, I know we have VERY similar ways of thinking.. I have this very strong intuitive gut feeling when we meet in person it'll be an incredibly strong connection.. but I feel blocked right now because of the distance and his inability to open up if it's not in person (he's said this many times even on posts online before getting to know me, so I know its not an excuse)

What do you mean by there being serious affairs around me? And that I am being left out right now?

the south node will be conjunct jupiter .in a month.this shows very strong formation energies or unbendable rejection.

i stills think that there have been changes in his life that altered his feelings about you.

Wow. I’m so thankful for your insight.. you are such a light in this forum, Todd! That’s very interesting indeed.. I wonder how it will play out for us.

Altered his feelings about me? I’m hoping you mean in a positive light? would you say that is because of the Venus retrograde or is there something else going on that I’m not catching that would induce those “altered” feelings in him?

UPDATE:
just recently some big things have been going on in his life, he's in a rough and dark patch... as a result, our relationship has taken a turn with having stronger emotional undercurrents (where as before this, he didn't open up as much and it was more banter and lighthearted playfulness in our interaction) He has now gotten to see the warmth within me.. I have been by his side, supporting him emotionally through everything he is going through right now. I've noticed him softening up and he even told me he appreciates me.. so I'm wondering if the "altered feelings" you were referring to could be this? ... assuming you were saying it in a positive light that is. I do think our relationship is evolving for the better due to the current struggles he is going through.

Can anyone else pop in here to offer their insight/opinion? Pleaseeeeee! I'd really greatly appreciate hearing from more people If Todd can pop back in here to give any other info too I'd be so grateful.

Anyways, we're still talking.. we've definitely had an argument or 2 since I first posted this. At the time of posting this thread, our relationship was purely lighthearted.. but the more time that passes and deeper parts of himself he reveals, things like arguments and stuff crop up more often too. Still long distance, no commitment (I don't expect it either, it's unrealistic to ask for given our circumstances). But we talk almost daily. I'm very sensitive, highly feminine energy - he's very cold, highly masculine energy.. our dynamic feels very yin and yang. We have so many things that make us similar and connect us, but other parts of our personality are HUGE contrasts. He's extremely blunt with no tact. I'm someone who appreciates honesty so I'm thankful he's honest, although it can be a bit hurtful at times as someone who's sensitive (I wish he had more tact when he'd deliver honesty.. he can sound like a complete a*hole.. I'm an honest person too but I know how to deliver it so it isn't hurtful)

The more I learn about him the more I realize how many walls he has built up due to his traumas. He hates being vulnerable, doesn't like talking about his mental state even though he has many deep and also dark thoughts. It's the complete opposite of me who is extremely vulnerable and borders on word vomit when it comes to expressing how I'm feeling. If you look at his chart you will see how many 12th house planets he has - Venus, Mercury and Sun.. I think this is a big part of why he's so "hidden" about his feelings.

I'm starting to think we're twin flames with our dynamic. I can't tell if we're good for each other or not sometimes.. there's nothing actually "bad" about our connection, it's just his coldness can be difficult to deal with as someone who's sensitive and open hearted.. also the fact that he is very non committal and sometimes I wonder if I'm ultimately wasting my time or not.. but I also can't commit to anyone until we've been together physically.. its frustrating its weird because when we speak on the phone, he expresses his feelings in his own weird, round about way (because the one thing he isn't upfront about are his intimate feelings since he hates vulnerability) the other day when we spoke on the phone I mentioned how I've been trying to dodge all the guys hitting on me bc I'm trying to focus on us meeting and being intimate with one another, bc if I start talking to another guy and it turns into a relationship then it ruins our chances of being together physically - and he was like " I never asked you to do that.." and I was like I know but it's just the way I am.. and he responded with "Its because what we feel is more spiritual and deeper on a mental level thats why" - so it confirmed that he feels the same way as I do.. and even though he's sleeping around still, he always makes it really known to me that he actually doesn't give a crap about these girls (again.. he can be a a*hole with how blunt and direct he is..) and it's not him giving me sweet talk, I know that's the truth because of his personality.. he likes having 'options' in regards to sex.. but I know he doesn't speak to any girl on the level he speaks to me in because he's not that kind of person with just anyone.. regardless of where this relationship takes us, he has become a very significant person in my life. There's this pull that makes me think I don't ever want him to not be a part of my life, in any capacity I feel like I want him in it.. but then things are so intense between us that if it didn't take a serious turn into commitment when we finally meet, I don't know how we can just maintain a "normal" friendship with all the depth I feel we have between us. No doubt its complicated :/

What aspects do you think speak for all of this energy between us?
