Topic: With Saturn conjunct ascendant

Would the Saturn person not like something about the ascendant person’s appearance? For example I like it when the ascendant person wears their hair a certain way. Or when they wear a suit and look mature. But sometimes I feel like it’s something about the way the person smiles. That kind of makes them look unattractive.IP: Logged |

(From Relationships, Astrology and Karma - by Pauline Stone.)Hairstyle, clothes, smile could indeed be that specific quality. But, it will invariably be something which the Saturn person considers to be lacking in himself/herself. However, this can become a problem if the Ascendant and Saturn persons have negative karma to overcome in the current lifetime ... with Saturn becoming increasingly aware of his/her own "shortcomings", and attempting to reduce the emotional pain of that realisation by gaslighting the Ascendant person. ... Thus, the former compliments on an attractive hairstyle/sweater/smile then become accusations of "putting out signals to attract a new lover". IP: Logged |

Thank you for replying  did you get this out of a book? Would this be the same description for Saturn being in someone's first house but not actually conjunct the ascendant?
