Hello!

What are your thoughts/experiences with Uranus in synastry?

For me, my husband’s Uranus is on my Sun exactly to the minute. So am curious to learn of other’s experiences

in my case, uranus person comes as a temptation. it has a wild energy to it.
could be something forbidden, unstable, tricky, exciting. it can hurt you.
it gives me this youthful vibe and a feeling you'll never forget.
it might make you question things, something you've never quite felt before. it dares you.
as a planet person, i'm quite obsessed with the uranus person. it's like a drug and you feel anything can happen with them. it's your bad boy/girl.
i noticed it can also happen out of nowhere. like i was wallowing in self pity over a certain guy, thinking i'll never get over it, then the uranus synastry struck me. completely unexpected, and it shifted my focus completely from one thing to another. it changed my life.
his uranus aspected my venus, mars, jupiter, saturn, lilith, ascendant and it sat on my IC.

personally, i love uranus aspects in synastry, but there's an unstable quality to it as well which pis*ses me off.

with the recent guy, his uranus (in degrees):
- opposites my venus (2), mars (5) and jupiter (5)
- conjuncts my saturn (1)
- squares my ascendant (3)
- conjuncts my ic (3)

in my own natal, uranus aspects my moon and i'm also aquarius ic, so there's just that. i'm not sure how to make a difference between these aspects, but i also had venus/uranus opposition exact with someone else and it was similar energy. so maybe that.

Honestly,I had a long term relationship some years ago,and his Sun was exactly conjunct my Jupiter/Uranus conjunction,but I didn't feel it much.He was attracted first,that I know for sure.It was a pretty stable relationship for me,and I always saw him like a very positive and confident person,even though others thought he was cynical and a little cruel. So maybe that was the effect of the Sun-Uranus conjunction.
