Wouldn't this lean towards pluto aspects? Pluto/venus, pluto/moon in synastry. Maybe also Pluto/mars, with mars in 12th house.

But for stalking, I think natal is more important. Perhaps a natal aspect like pluto conjunct venus in 12th house with venus squared to saturn.

Since venus square saturn - commitment phobe, unrequited love, paired with pluto indicating strong feelings/obsession of love in the native and with all these being hidden in the 12th house, giving rise to stalker-ish behaviour in the native.

Wow I have pretty strong Neptune but in my 11th house and I'm pretty much too lazy to stalk anybody LOL. Neptune conjuncts Venus, squares Moon in my natal. And I am a Pisces ascendant and Scorpio Moon.
