Does this mean you won't have children with that person?

No astrology can’t tell you, you won’t have a child. That decision is made between 2 people in a relationship. Astrology is the study of energy. Your Saturn in his 5th house can bring Saturns influence into 5th house matters.

Saturn is not the death planet, is the commitment one. So one way this could play out is you will bring out serious talks/pressure/commitment in him about 5th house matters such as children. Maybe talk about it and see if you’re on the same page

Also contrary to a lot of what a few astrologers say, Saturn isn’t that important in house overlays unless it’s badly aspected. People only really look at Sun/Moon/Venus (possibly mars) the personal planets when looking at overlays
