I've found that this system beats Placidus (which I've been using forever) for interpersonal synastry and midpoint composite charts. In my natal chart 4 planets change Houses: Pluto-Saturn-Mars stellium moves from 12th to 1st House, and Venus moves from 10th to 11th House. Anyone here using Whole Sign, please share your experiences.IP: Logged |

For me it doesn't work. My MC changes from Pisces in the Placidus System to Aries in Whole sign or Equal sign System. I tried them all, but the Aries MC is not mine. I rectified my time of birth considering the MC/IC axis and the trine from Pluto to my ASC. I don't think it is supposed to be this way. Maybe I'm wrong and there are some other things to consider, but I don't have a Libra IC and an Aries MC. IP: Logged |

I kind of use a combination of whole house and Placidius. I see the Placidius cusps as sensitive areas, but feel like the Houses should be 30 degrees wide--especially the Angular Houses. Anyways, perhaps in support of your system, I have noticed that in Synastry, we tend to feel and react to Whole Signs in the sense of Synastric inter-aspects. I'll give an example, I have Leo Rising at 16 degrees and Aqua Venus in 7th at 21 degrees. I ALWAYS NOTICE women with Mars in either Leo or Aquarius, whether 1 degree to 29 degrees of those Signs. However, it's just more strong and immediate when in actual aspect, especially when very close. Also, I have Libra Moon at 3 degrees. I'll give a more specific, holistic example. I fell in love with a woman with Aries Sun @ 27 degrees, and Leo Mars at 16*. (Not the only stuff going on by any means, but more pertinent to the conditions have been addressing). There have been very few times wherein I wanted to rip a Lasses clothes off and both take her and make love with simultaneously. But it was very, very intense with her. I both wanted to merge my Soul and Expanded self level with her Soul and Expanded self level AND also very much wanted to merge our bodies. (There is also a lot of 8th House stuff going on, and we have another Venus Mars opposite Sign connection, etc). And even just eye contact alone was intense. IP: Logged |

GCE, I also use a combination like you do. And I'm totally attracted to Leo Sun and Venus women, whether falling in my Placidus 12th or 1st House. I feel a powerful connection with supermodel Karlie Kloss born 8/3/92 whose natal Sun is deep in my 12th House conjunct my Pluto.IP: Logged |
