Topic: Synastry and Composite Charts-Is this Fated or Illusion? Please HELP!

I am so confused and would appreciate some insight from those who are more experienced in Synastry and Composites than me...because I am just a beginner and have no idea what these graphs represent  So this is between me and a gentleman at work. We have a substantial age gap, which does not bother me at all because age is just a number, but maybe does bother him. He is recently divorced and we are amazing friends but I feel that there may be something more here, but I don't know if he feels the same way (sigh). Anyway, in past 1 month at least I have had more signs than ever before that this may be a fated thing. I am just confused if this is even meant to be or am I just grasping at straws here..because truth be told I have felt this way only twice before in my 35 year long life and both times did not work out..so now I am super cautious but this man is the kindest, sweetest and I do see a future with him. But is this something only I feel or he does too, I have no idea I am impacted by him in a very intense way but is he too? Please help, much much appreciated! SYNASTRY (Me inner, Him outer)

The mars/Chiron conjunction to Uranus marks this a a brief interlude at best.he has no I test in more and a brief a dual encounter and has no real feelings for you.you are looking through rose colored glasses.you are attracted to his edgy nature and bad boy persona.IP: Logged |

lovelyricha1,Unfortunately, I didn't see the synastry and composite chart before you removed it. Given your response here, it seems that you have already quite given up on this relationship and I assume this is also based on a gut feeling you have. So of course I don't want to stir anything up. I just wanted to say that I've actually also had this particular combination of aspects (mars opposite chiron conjunct uranus) in a composite chart with a man and the situation was very different with us, in the sense he was far from not interested in me. If mars symbolises the man in copmosite, in my case this man then also should have just seen me as a fling with no interest, but it was quite the opposite. He was very deeply in love with me, but I could never return his feelings (just no attraction). Everyone has a different take on these things, but in my own experience the mutual attraction is really much better evaluated through synastry and the relationship itself through composite. In our synastry it was very clear why there was no spark on my side (only neutral houses triggered) while the composite had a beautiful Sun conjunct moon, sun opposite venus and some supposedly sexy sun conjunct mars and venus opposite mars. Anyway, just saying, hope you don't judge by a single aspect, but of course if your gut gives you a bad feeling then listen to it closely. IP: Logged |

Hi Anska,Thank you so so sooo much for replying  You are partially correct, as in me giving up, but not only on this relationship but on generally everything in life I have been going through a bad patch in life and sorry for coming across as a depressed soul I feel things a bit too deeply. Twice I was in a relationship where I thought this is it, but I was cheated on by both the men and so now I am perpetually in a funk of will I ever find love. It takes me a lot to forget and move on. So even if I get a whiff of something good, I will get a bit obsessed while also very scared. Sigh. I did not remove the charts, but now I see that they are not up there, I don't know why. If you don't mind, please take a look again. I am reattaching them. I understand nothing about synastry and composites. I would be happy to get a second opinion. In the case of this man, we are good friends. We make each other laugh. A lot. There is an easygoing chemistry there. But this man is also sorta silent and I don't know what he is thinking. And he is divorced. And we have a age gap that does not bother me but I suppose he is bothered by that. So more than gut feeling, right now I am like, we are friends and probably I will let that flourish than make a move and lose that....also I am very old fashioned so I wont't make the first move and I don't know if he will..so I guess I will continue to stew in misery for foreseeable future haha  IP: Logged |

The AC/DC conjunctions I notice of course immediately and this may part of the great of attraction you feel. But i doubt it can explain alone the overwhelming attraction you describe here. I do have this with someone I have felt more for and have been more attracted to than anyone else ever, but we also had lots and lots of other attraction aspects and house overlays. And I don't see that here that much. Disclaimer I could be wrong of course and maybe some of the synastry specialist will chime in as well. Generally in my experience the greatest attractions, both emotionally and physically, were supported not only by the respective romantic/sexual house overlays in synastry, but also strong planetary and 5th, 7th and 8th house ruler connection and you matching the partner search profile strongly. Here yes, your moons nicely mirror, your moon in his DC sign and his moon in 7th reflected by your moon on AC. And of course your 5th house is triggered by him. But I just dont really see that many strong planetary and house ruler connections or you triggering his 5th or 8th house strongly.Your sun-uranus may be what his venus in 11th seeks. But I'm wondering about your saturn opposing his moon and falling into his 1st house. I like saturn overlays, but I have like you a venus in capricon and a Capricorn DC, but for some people who don't seek saturn as partner of their partner profile, this might be a dampening effect. For instance I fell very much in love with someone who didnt have saturn as part of his romantic search profile and while I'm sure he was intensely attracted to me and even emotionally affected by me, I'm not sure he ever saw me as real romantic partner potential. I was just a touch too saturnian, plus my saturn hit his DC and conjuncted his 8th house ruler. So while I really like that AC/DC conjunction and those Moon/Dc MOon/AC mirroring contacts in your synastry, I honestly don't know whether he feels as intensely as you do. Even in your case, I'm wondering whether the fact that you DO feel so strongly now may have more to do with your own chart and the fact thatthat Pluto conjunct venus transit you must have been going through for several years intensifies everyting and in fact tends to bring these overwhelming attractions into your life. I'm also a late capricorn venus, so have been experiencing the same hellish transit for a few years incl. an unhappy once in a life time love I'm still trying to get over 2 years on. Lots of your chart (that mix of Moon-pluto, Scorpio DC intensity, uranus and saturn) actually reminds me of my own chart. Anyway, I'm not saying that this is one sided, but I woud just let him take the lead here. I can't really see whether his neptune is on his AC but if it is, it may be very easy to misinterpret some of his signals. I myself (and a friend as well) have gotten the signs of a neptune on AC man quite wrong. Incidently the men also had gemini and mars in 8th house (sexy) promently placed. While he may be interested, sometimes men with those markers might genuinly just consider their actions as friendliness while everyone around them might interpret them as genuine romantic interest. Also, with that huge age gap between you AND the fact that he is recently divorced, no matter how much attraction there is on his side, he might not even be aware of that. NOt sure if that makes sense, but if you are for instance still preoccupied with someone else, or that person just doesnt fit what you think you seek, I strongly doubt that attraction will stand a chance to get on your radar. So yes, I would just say go with the flow and expect the unexpected with that mars conjunct uranus in your composite.IP: Logged |

I am a complete noob at reading synastry or composites and now I have so much fodder for thought...I also love how this gives an insight into my own feelings and why they may be a bit too intensified now...
