There are some aspects suggesting a potential stable committment, such as his Jupiter conjunct your IC opposite his Pluto/Chiron on your MC, this is reflected in the Composite Jupiter opposite Chiron/Moon/Pluto, showing an intense emotional glue, even though Pluto here opposite Jupiter adds some materialistic interest involved, you may share a profession or career ambitions, or one of the two could support the other financially, so this may also carry an opportunistic element or the appreciation and support of the other's finacial/social position.

So there are harmonic and lovely aspects, but there are also other which may suggest that behind the curtain there may be false expectations and disappointemnt, since you said you haven't met this guy yet, I assume you're in long distance connection, I would suggest to be careful and get to know him better and in person before making up your mind about this connection.
