There seems to be a strong sexual attraction with Mars in the first house. Its forming a t square with Moon and Mercury showing strong feelings and thoughts. These could be obsessive. With Venus in Virgo this is worrisome it can be unrequited love and needing to work out personal problems before being ready for the right relationship. You both are learning from each other.

The need for a relationship is there with Saturn in Libra but its not strong enough. Its in the eleventh so you guys probably have alot of friends.

The Sun is square Pluto another bad sign. There are warm feelings but not the deep kind you find in serious relationships.

This is a friendship and professional connection. We are both in the holistic medicine field and I want to work with him.

We are both natal Virgo Venus, conjunct by 4 degrees. And I saw the Pluto Sun square... how does this change things if it's more career oriented?

Composite Saturn square the nodes gives the feeling of a longterm relationship very significant for both. Venus is trine/sextile the nodes so you enjoy being together and romantic feelings are there. The Juno/Jupiter midpoint is opposite Venus and the Moon/Jupiter midpoint is square Juno, so she has strong feelings and may believe in this committment. But Chiron in 7th house sextile Sun, which is trine to Uranus, so there may be a difficult committment maybe cause of external factors like physical distance or other priorities in your lives. This could also show that they are not actually committing to each other or there's some kind of distance between them. Mars opposite Jupiter square Moon suggests that the man is emotionally selfish, he may not be romantically into this, even though with Sun square Pluto there's a strong sexual pull and maybe an obsessive side given by such deep intimate chemistry between them.
Composite Jupiter is square MC, this could suggest they share some interest or even business, in any case they could be on the same page on daily life and on the philosophical level, their exchanges are enriching their knowledge or meant to give awareness, but it could also suggest instability on the long run.

So it seems there is definite romantic/sexual vibes happening here then. This is a colleague practitioner friend of mine. He's quite a bit younger (8yrs), and I have wanted to work with him for quite some time. I was recently told he has "feelings" for me, but I haven't seen that and was sincerely hoping to work with him career wise.

We do have distance issues, aside from age distance. I don't have feelings for him, other than great respect for what he does. But this seems to point to otherwise, and that I may be the one who wants more from this than him?

Juno aspects would signal a potential committment and feelings from the woman, but he has a strong Juno natally while she (you) looks more independent emotionally and more focused on her career path thsn him so maybe it's the other way round reflected on the Composite, or since Venus is in the composite 10th involved in those juno-moon-jupiter midpoints, feelings may develope through work. the work connection is clear anyway with Jupiter square MC.
It's possible that as transiting Uranus going direct will reach composite DSC you may start working with him and/or a relationship might start next year.

Thank you! I’m always so grateful and impressed.

I have never considered a relationship with him bcs I never knew he was interested, I also thought he was with someone, and the age difference. I actually am hoping for a romantic relationship to enter my life, but I never would have imagined it from him.

I will have to just see what develops. I have definitely been career focused, but it’s not just to develop my career but also to find passion and happiness in my life on my own, not relying on a partner to fulfill me.

Yes you have also natal mars trine moon in 10th house, so it shows passion in your work :-)
I am not sure this will develope in a long term romantic thing cause of Chiron in 7th house and Moon square Jupiter, even though with Pluto square Sun and juno/jupiter midpoint opposite venus some feelings may develope, otherwise it could show that your business relationship could develope in something successful for both while chrion would rule out a romantic involvement in this case or that a romantic involvement may actually interfere with the work purpose or so.
