I've come across elevated planets and I wanted to know more about them. Pluto conjunct MC (in MC) is the closest to my midheaven so therefore would Pluto be my elevated planet? I have heard it may depend on the planets in the first house so there is confusion there.

Yes, Pluto is your most elevated planet. Consider the essential dignity or debility and aspects of the elevated planet. In your case Pluto in Sag is opposed by Mercury in Gemini near the IC. This aspect means Higher Mind vs. lower mind. Pluto is much stronger than Mercury, so Higher Mind wins. Pluto here brings transformation, regeneration, renewal to your public image, reputation, and social status. Your profession could involve counseling.

Ascendant is related to MC because they are both angular House cusps. If elevated planet was ruler of 1st House, they would be especially related.

Incidentally we have a double whammy Mercury conjunct Venus, your Mars conj my Jupiter, my Mars conj your 7H cusp.

When you say lower mind vs higher mind, what do you mean exactly? Higher mind as in psychic tendencies?

Judging by this chart, what would you say my dominant things (I didn't know how else to describe it lol) are? I have tried finding it out and astro said it was Aquarius, Fixed, Air and Uranus but I'm not entirely sure.

Also what would these aspects mean? It's intriguing that you have shared your aspects in relation to mine and I would love to know more. The double whammy Mercury conjunct Venus, my Mars conj your Jupiter, your Mars conj my 7h cusp. I am particularly interested in the latter aspect as I have that with someone but because we haven't ever spoken, I'm not sure how that would manifest.

Yes, Aquarius rising, Moon, and ruler Uranus are powerful: all 10 planets combine to Fixed Air. So are angular Gemini Mercury conj Jupiter, and ASC co-ruler Saturn -- and Taurus Sun with ruler Venus in Aries.
