Do you agree that a relationship with two people who have this aspect never works? Also, would this be the same for Moon square Neptune?

I have the square and the conjunction with two different people in synastry. But they also have these aspects in their natal chart.

I feel like there is some of her opinions in this, rather than reality.

I never had Neptune conjunct Moon in synastry before.
Natally, I have Neptune conjunct Juno/North Node/DC. I like when someones Sun, Venus or Moon has a conjunction to Neptune in the Natal Chart. It's like that form of looking at the other and feel like there's no one in this world like them. Yes, idealization, but that's what someone does when they love another person. Loving them for who they are, with the good and the bad, kinda helps you to accept his/her flaws. If Pluto is involved, you will try to dominate them and change them, if Saturn is involved, you will criticize them to the point that they will lose self-esteem.

What she says in the video that Neptune is actually the Pluto seems a bit too much. And the things that she says is more about the square and opposition with Neptune in synastry than the conjunction.
I had Neptune in square and opposition in synastry.
I have right now with a co-worker an opposition to my Mars and it always feels like she's hiding something, like not everything is transparent between us.
I had a square to my Venus from a guy's Neptune that I dated this year and I kept thinking why is like I feel like I am misleaded everytime I talk with him and I realized right now why.
But with the conjunction didn't feel like that. Felt like true love, my first Venus-Neptune guy told me that I was his first love and it was difficult to break us, he "made me" (if that's the correct verb to use) declarations of love, dedicated romantic songs to me, which I liked very much, the other guy looked at me like I was perfect and there was nothing else in the world, and I feel the same about them.
People who have a connection to Neptune in the natal chart, they believe in true love and only love. I'm talking now about easy aspects and conjunction. The square and opposition would point to lack of boundaries, deception, illusions, etc.
Neptune is the higher octav of Venus and is pretty needed in a synastry for romance and love. Venus is not enough.

Pluto "words"- seduce, manipulation, using someone, benefit after someone, power
Neptune "words": illusion, deception, intuitive, spiritual.

She's using the Pluto words to describe Neptune conjunct Moon.

I think I kind of been objective to this. I have Sun in Pisces and I am kind of Neptunian. Sun is my dominant planet and the next one is Neptune. In Sidereal I have Jupiter the 3rd dominant planet, so I'm pretty into Neptunian energy. My life is guided by intuition and if I make a rational decision, I usually make a mistake. I had an intuition about a job interview that in the last minute I wanted to cancel it and I didn't follow through and I should have done that. It wasn't a good experience.

I agree I think the conjunction is different from the square. But I have Neptune square Moon with a guy and I'm the Neptune person. And he has Neptune square Moon in his natal chart. So maybe he might actually like to have it in synastry. I don't think I'm being deceptive though because I actually like. I hope this aspect doesn't stop us from being together.

We often accept what we are used to, just like I like Pisces energy and Neptune, but not with the square and opposition. Conjunction is a hard aspect too, but maybe I'm into this energy and I don't see it as hard aspect.

The square is still a difficult aspect. With this guy I dated, I couldn't express myself clearly - but that I think it was because in the composite our mars was in Cancer - I always did what he wanted, like we met when he wanted, if I was asking him out, he wouldn't come. I was the Venus in this. I can't really explain it, but I felt many times that he was lying to me and I guess he was kinda confused about me. He also has his DC in Pisces.

So you have Moon in the same sign?
That's quite a good placement in synastry because you both feel the same way. Highly compatible.

With the guy I have Moon conjunct Neptune with I am the Neptune person and they are the Moon. The conjunction is kind of wide though because their Moon is in Sag but it's in the last degree and my Neptune is in Capricorn.

You don't have to worry about it. It might get a bit romantic.

I think Jewel explains it better. You have to look at other aspects in the synastry, if it is supported to be a romantic relationship or this aspect makes the Moon person to be blind to their flaws. If jupiter is in easy aspect, Venus, Saturn. If it is a difficult synastry, then a Neptune conjunction could make everything bad that it's about the relationship could be denied.

I never knew this was a bad aspect. I have this with someone and I'd say emotions are sensitive and deep.
