I am looking at the Composite chart.

I have three questions...
1. are TOBs accurate?
2. do you work together?
3. is this relationship "behind closed doors" or somehow very reserved or challenged by social/environmental circumstances?

I ask cause Venus in 12th and Saturn in 11th house may suggest so, maybe cause of a work environment (Pluto/Moon square Jupiter opposite Venus).
With North Node on the ASC the feeling is that your meeting is very fated and you may have a particular psychic/mental connection, or fated situations around your connection... the mercury/venus midpoint is conjunct ASC/south node, so your intellectual exchange makes you feel on the same page and Moon conjunct IC may add a very intense emotional and familiar dimension between the two. Venus-Mars midpoint is sextile Moon/IC, so there may be serious romantic feelings involved.
But there are a few concerning aspects in the chart.
Jupiter square Pluto may suggest that professional ambitions or circumstance may interfere with the relationship. In this picture, Venus square to Pluto/Moon looks a bit controlling/obsessive, this contains a strong sexual trait but the fact that Venus is in 12th house may look quite yearning for something unattainable and with Saturn in 11th house in the picture the relationship might have strong restrictions (if the TOBs are correct)... Chiron in 10th house would suggest me again that there may be something at professional/career level hindering this relationship to work out.
The worst aspect though is Mars square Neptune, since this may suggest that a stable committment is unlikely or that there may be a infidelty/trust issue, or this relationship is not exclusive (them both or one of the two being committed to other partners).

Thank you for taking the time and I am in awe of how much you can see in the chart.

Yes the TOB are both correct.
We don't work together but he helped me get the job that I have and is friends with my boss. We are both very business-carrier oriented.
It is not a sexual relationship yet, which I really wish to happen.
We are more like friends wishing for more deep inside, at least me. It may be our age difference that doesn't let him come out.
But we communicate so good together,just being together is so exciting.

The connection feels otherworldly.

Yes it looks very otherworldly and karmic, so it's possible that the connection is significant in your life path cause he helped you find the job and this is the professional link seen in the chart, but with Jupiter square Pluto and opposite Venus there may be an issue linked with the work environment, so I'm wondering if he being friend with your boss may somehow become a challenge...?
Venus in 12th house usually shows that something would not properly take off the ground, it is a karmic placement again but containing an unsolved trait, and since neptune is square mars I'd assume it unlikely will become a stable committed relationship, especially from his part.
Transiting North Node is going towards composite Saturn, so it's possible that developments will occur withing the next month, but I would warn you against long term expectation, even though it may play out as a quite intense affair, it looks temporary, maybe less than one year.

Thanks again for being so sweet and kind.

Becoming a challenge that can affect my work? Because till now the only connection is him visiting me at my office or being close friends with my boss.

This situationship with him has been eating me inside because i try to rationalize everything and with him nothing makes sense.
It's like when we are together the world stops and a sweet quietness covers everything and its only us, no need to talk about feelings or where it is going, or how will it be we are living in the eyes of each other. We have this deep need to communicate more and on a deeper level.

It could be the " karmic" that is hard for me to understand as I am more of the opinion that if you want someone you go and get him/her. While with him the words dont come out. Even though we can talk about everything, having the best communication energy and not only. When it comes to our deepest real feelings we dont seem to make it.
The closest that we have been to revealing is him telling me that I am special to him and I am his one and only. ( It doesn't make a lot of sense though)

Scrolling down I just realised that when we are feeling lost and our logic doesn't make sense anymore we turn to astrology for answers. As if it might be the fault in our stars.
Our mind filled with questions that don't have any rational explanations.

Why him-her?
Why now?
Why this way?
Why so strong? etc....

Are there any honest logical answers to why we fall for the people we fall at the time we
fall.
Can astrology and synastry show the dynamics?

Omg he is letting his guard down with me.

I was telling everyone how sweet, kind,caring and supporting he has been and everyone was like "maybe to you" and not believing.

To me he has been amazing, he has even cooked like a Michelin star winning dinner. He has been showing his care with anyway he can but when it comes to words nothing we are stuck between friendship and flirting....

The energy, the feelings are there but no move to take it to the next level, and I feel blocked as well. All my attempts to speak up and tell him how I feel end to me changing subject even though I notice that I have his full attention and he is kind of knowing what I am about to say.

Everyone has noticed that he behaves differently when I am around and probably he doesn't even know, like not being his bossy annoying self and driving everyone mad. ( He has a big ego with a background to support it) but it's still annoying for everyone.

Thanks again cause all my attempts to read synastry charts end with being frustrated.

It's been almost a year that I am so f@@@ly obsessed with this guy. I have tried my hardest to let go. Nothing has ever really happened between us except from intense moments and conversations. He totally ignores me, while I cant let go. Can somebody pls have a look and see what is that is not letting me forget and let go....
Is there a chance for us? Are there any feelings from his side.

It is so ironical because he isn't my type in any way. He doesn't fit any of my standards but still there I am trying to figure out . In no logical way would I be interested in him. What is it in this synastry that I don't see and secondly how do I let go. Thanks for your time and consideration 😘.
