We seem to hit it off pretty well. I know Venus in Aries men like the chase though. But it's nice to talk to someone who has the same Mercury as me. It's usually an issue with communication with most guys.

Venus conjunct Mars, Venus conjunct Sun - worth a shot. Look out for that Moon square Saturn though. The Moon conjunct Saturn may be a bit of a drag, but may at least provide some understanding to manage the square, especially with the DC receiving the Moon's energy so directly. I've found that sometimes Saturn can try and 'parent' the Moon, but in Aquarius this may not be too difficult to manage.

The conjunct Mercuries should aid in understanding and communication, plus they are conjunct North Node, so learning is afoot, if all parties are ready for it.

Personally I'd give it a whirl.

I was just going to comment on another post, regarding Mercury conjunct Mercury in Aries, that is also widely square my Saturn. We can talk a lot, or we can ignore each other really well when we’re both annoyed. A few weeks ago, he called me a stubborn girl, and I reminded him that my stubbornness = my boundaries. We are both in a stand-off over one big thing, but have spoken a few times since the new year.

What about our Moon signs not being compatible? My Venus does conjunct his Moon though.

The Composite chart isn't really good though. With the Squares to Mercury and Venus. But I think it may be because of the aspects we have in our natal charts.

I wouldn't say that a Moon in Aquarius and a Moon in Pisces are incompatible. I have found neighbouring signs to get along fairly well with each other. Although it may have more of a platonic than romantic feel emotionally.

Plus Moon rules your 12th houses, so unless you need 12H energies to feel emotionally fulfilled, it may not be a big issue.

Have you studied the natals to establish individual emotional needs and then reflected on the synastry with this in mind?

I’ll do that do you think Synastry is more important than the Composite chart?

I think they are both useful and in combination with the natals can give you a full picture of the dynamics.

It is my understanding that the synastry shows what energies you exchange and how well the facets of your personalities understand each other, whether your planetary goals clash or harmonise, whereas the composite (which I am by no means an expert on) seems to pertain more to the '3rd entity' that is created from the interplay of the dynamics seen in the synastry.

On a personal level though, I have found the Davison relationship chart to be more revealing than the composite midpoint. So it may be worth you having a look at your davison too. But I am still very much a student in this respect!

Thanks for your input but I think long term I should maybe stick with the Scorpio.
