I think there are a few elements to consider.
First, Neptune on DSC square to your Aries Sun may carry strong uncertainty in relationship matters, along a deceptive trait about the right partner for you, which means sometimes you may not have clear idea about the person or relationship you're dealing with, or easily get false hopes/idealization. This is an element that may be misleading. But since Neptune is in Capricorn and square to Sun in 10th house, it might come from a more inner issue involving your true Self-path and self-recognition, so that your life path may pose challenges to you through relationship matters in order to find out or establish "who you really are" (ASC is square Sun) and "what you really want". Basically, it looks like a research for a path in which your choices are made by being true to yourself, which implies discovering who you really are, what your role in the world is, and who is the right partner for letting you express your true self (instead of one who may be misleading you or hindering your true Self expression).
In fact, Moon rules your first house of your true Self, and your Moon is in Libra opposite Venus, which on a symbolic plane can be translated pretty much in the same way, discovering your true emotional self through relationships.
Then you have another aspect which is a bit frustrating and unstable, which is Chiron in 12th house square to Jupiter and opposite Saturn. Since this t-square involves the 12th house, Jupiter in 9th house and Saturn in Sagittarius, it would look very similar as having Jupiter square Neptune in 10th house, which again would speak about healing (Chiron/12th house) learning and discovering your true Self as a mission/life path.
Then you have Venus in Aries, which is proverbially "quick" in developing relationships as much as in ending things, and since it's in 11th house, the trine to Uranus might actually empower such "short lived" issue in the big picture of the chart, even though it doesnt necessarily have to be like that. With this placement, it looks more that true friendship, independence and a straight loyal relationship would be a basic requirment for you... which, let me tell you, is not so easy to find in average relationships....
Then, the Venus/Jupiter midpoint is conjunct Sun in 10th house square to Neptune/DSC, whereas also the Jupiter/Moon midpoint is also conjunct to Neptune/DSC and square to Sun! This clearly looks like you're eager to find the perfect romantic/fairy tale-like relationship which, with Neptune/DSC square to Sun, literally appears like a mirage to you and so often disappointing.....
South Node is conjunct to Moon, this is sign of a very deep emotional world which may be hard for you to share or somehow "blocked" in relationships (Libra), BUT with North Node in Taurus trine to Mars the good news is that you won't give up :-) and will endure to the accomplishment!
Transiting Saturn/Jupiter just went through a square to your Nodes involving your Moon, and heading to be square to your Pluto, this means that your emotional situation is blocked even though with Jupiter involved you're likely going to gain much more awareness about your future direction, especially cause meanwhile the nodal transit were square to your Jupiter in 9th house.... maybe you had a deep revelation about your life when this has happened. Saturn has just entered your 8th house and when it's square to your Pluto you may feel actually blocked in your life path, especially in relationships cause Saturn will be sextile to your Venus at the same time.
The good news again is that transiting Neptune is slowly leaving the conjunction to your MC/Mercury, which is giving you such an hopeless state of mind for being in square to your Saturn for so long, so I believe you will have much more faith supporting you.
Meanwhile South Node is travelling your 6th house and will help you "process" your past and let it go (in fact, it is travelling between your Uranus and Saturn).
I think your romantic situation will have a complete shift as transiting North Node will travel through your North Node/Venus and Saturn will be conjunct to your Jupiter sextile to your DSC/Neptune, during Summer 2023.

My first impression is that you are extremely emotional,energetic and sensitive.yet you have subconscious emotional issues s that make it difficult to settle emotionally.

You have a tsquare of mercury at midheaven square to the jun/Uranus conjunct and square to psyche.here again there is a electric emotionally connection with Juno bringing a sense of commitment a the starry lights around your feings.Mercury so that words of devotion start from the beginning.the magic led from infatuation yoove to commitment quickly....maybe to quickly because there is so much expection that arises so spontaneously .
The Juno/Jupiter midpoint is conjunct to Eros and square the moon,so once again there is a spontaneous emotional attraction that strongly embraces commitment and marriage. This is made all the mor imminent as the south node is conjunct the moon.this gives a magical feels to these possibities.
So it seems that relationships don't develop with you,they just seem to blossom instantly.

You mars/Venus midpoint is square to the vertex.this adds another difficult aspect.on the one hand this is extremely emotional and sexual.it is usually accomplices by feeling of singularity, as if this is the one in a million.it can be very overwhelming and obsessive. This aspect is very hard to understand if the relationship breaks up as the intensity is so strong it is difficult to she how it could fail.

As to why.....
Stoika mentions the Jupiter square to Chiron as problematic,and Saturn square to Jupiter is also a difficult for relationship at times.
But your chart also show aspects of a abusive childhood,which even if repressed would leave you emotionally unable to spot problematic suitors.
Nessus is opposed the the mars/Venus midpoint which implies you were subject to abusive emotional condition.
Also the Pluto/Orcus midpoint is opposed to mercury and square to Uranus this indicates that little differences spark great arguments and breakups.this might be because your parents had resolutional problems so that you don't realize when differences can get out if hand.but that is not to say you should be malleable because nessus has tried to control/abuse in the past likely.
But the most destructive aspect seems to involve your father and the imprint he has left on your subconscious.
As stioka mentioned that Saturn/Chiron opposition can pose problems but when combined with the Pluto/Saturn midpoint square to nessus and the mars/Venus midpoint,I have to go over the top and suggest there was indication to emotional abuse in your childhood but also sexual abuse.again even if blocked or repressed these imprints can leave you unable to see the abusive characteristic of prospective suitors.in deey repressed cases the survivor cab because of emotional blindness ,be like a moth drawn to destructive light .

So your chart has instant attraction,sudden breakup and blocked memory aspects that all may add up to you woes.

@Stoika7, i think you're right about most of the things. I've learn a lot about myself when I am with someone than just exploring the world on my own. My relationship just comes fast and then it goes. Like a comet. They can be magical and then fall into burning flames.

I've been attracting not long lasting relationships. Not sure how am I going to avoid this again. I'm still healing from my last and it is hard for me to see people clearly and their intention. My last relationship was highly intense. I really thought I learn to be a better person but life gives more challenges.

We had transit Pluto dw square (me) and conjunct (him) Venus....

Composite had moon conjunct Pluto - a lot of triggering between us

When tUranus conjunct Mars the 2nd time in his chart, he decided to leave. It left me almost no where to go. I have no job or car. Where I live we need a car to get to places. :\ I was frighten and felt abandoned. But I made it through as you say with Mars trine NN. Now I am starting over my life from scratch. It's just strange at 34. I feel I'm where I am at, at 22

Todd things you mention are true and put me into perspective of some things. Even the one about being emotionally abused. I do feel I have hidden suffering pain I do not know where it comes from, but the feeling is there. Its hard for me to tell people if I do not know why.

My last relationship open my eyes I had some trauma in the past that lead me to also have toxic behavior myself.
