Hello, I met a guy via Tinder and we have not seen each other but we have been talking over the phone. And he just makes me feel really upbeat. Like when I am in my best mood. Like a have been running, have a nice day. High on endorphins. And I am not at all normally. It feels nice I noticed that his Jupiter is in exact opposition to my moon, and on his ascendant. So I guess that is why. But now I want to know if he has the same effect with me? How does Jupiter feel towards the moon? He is a very upbeat person naturally. His Jupiter is on his ascendant. (But also his Saturn) yet he is very positive. Like nothing can really upset him. I do not think a upbeat guy could date a emotional unstable person who is negative. But maybe we could be friends, because I like this feeling a lot. I want to experience it more. But I just want to know how is Jupiter’s feeling towards the moon? I cannot find much information about it. IP: Logged |

There are different ways you could interpret it, depending on the individual's individual attunement and on the whole synastry. Since these are not available, and since I don't have the time or energy anyways for this anyways.. Speaking in generals, your emotional nature, childhood upbringing, feminine, right brain nature, etc (i.e. Moon) has an energizing, strongly attracting, and/or at times polarizing and/or repelling effect (oppositions) on his higher mind, deeper belief systems, the more noble and spiritual side of his nature (i.e. Jupiter). Since he is particularly and strongly attuned to Jupiter, your emotions etc will have a strong affect on him. In what areas and how so, will be shown the the House positions and Sign placements more specifically. For him, since his Jupiter is in his 1st, it will be an overall, very strong effect. Is your Moon in his 7th House or conjunct his DESC then? If one of these applies, it can show a very strong past life connection--often times with a strong familial type connection and vibe. For example, my brother's spouse has her early Pisces Moon in my 7th and conjunct my South Node. There has always been an unspoken attraction between us. I figured out pretty early on via intuition who we were to each other. This later got confirmed when I was sleeping over their place one time, and had a dream about her and I getting very friendly with each other. In the dream I felt bad about it though and felt I should tell my brother about it. I did so, and to my surprise he replied lightly "It's only natural, you guys were married before." That is what I had picked up on before. Except that it was more so in an indirect sense. Another Soul within the same larger Spirit self that I am also part of, was the one married to another Soul that was part of her larger Spirit self. In an narrow, limited Soul sense, we weren't directly married i.e. it wasn't a literal, direct past life. But since I am very energetically and karmically connected to that other Soul self of our Spirit, and she to hers, some of that "spills over" into the energetic of this life. IP: Logged |

Thank you for your reply. My moon is indeed on his descendant. And his moon conjunct my ascendant. IP: Logged |

You're welcome. With those added indications/patterns, you're going to feel familiar and comfortable AF with each other, pardon my implied French. Btw, an interesting aside/note relating to true "karmic" astrology. As already mentioned, the Moon is one of the main symbols of astrology that relate strongly to the "past" with the other major 2 being the South Node and the IC/4th House (all which have some kind of connection to the Moon as well). Anyways, in the example of my brother's spouse and our "indirect" other life connection, it's interesting to note that this other self/lifetime that she is strongly energetically and karmically connected to, was born in very early (Sun in) Pisces cusping Aquarius, and my brothers spouse's Moon is very closely conjunct this other person's Solar position. Just thought it might be something interesting to mention for those looking at deeper connections and patterns in relation to this whole karmic/other life thing. IP: Logged |

Hey Annalou, I have my Jupiter (9H) conjunct my friend's moon (3H) (less than 1 degree). My friend does bring the goofy out of me but it's more on my part. He's on the receiving end - would laugh at my silly goofy behavior. He likes that about me but really it's the Jupiter energy. I'm usually not this goofy with anyone. I known him for 5 years and tells me I cheer him up with my wisdom as well when he's down. I feel like I am his cheerleader. It's one way but I don't mind bc I enjoy the energy too. (it feels platonic for me) but I can see this as a bonus if there are attraction factors in other aspects. But the person you spoke to has Jupiter on his ASC (so maybe he's like this in general and your moon is conjuncting his Jupiter/ASC I think there is a natural comfort yet uplifting energy you're experiencing which impacts you compare to someone who's moon isn't conjunct). He may see you experience this too and is encouraged. Does he have any other aspect to his Jupiter? My Jupiter squares Saturn too. But my friend doesn't feel my Saturn energy. Which is odd to me. But it could be he has Moon square Saturn in his natal. Is your moon closer to his Jupiter than Saturn?
