Hello everyone! Like always, I’m here asking about stuff that I would be like to have more insights about.

I decided to check the transits for the Saturn return of one in the relationship in the progressed chart.

I came with this

Saturn transiting the DC in the progressed composite chart

Then Saturn retrograde

Then direct again

The fact that Saturn is transiting close the DC implies the end of the relationship? Also the interaction between personal planets is very rocky. Can someone being sure of the break up of the relationship for this aspects? Or there is other way of confirming it? Thank you!

Hi maleja.rangel
I don't think there's much effect from transiting Saturn on Progressed DSC (and square Moon) as long as the nodal transit is not involved. It may be better to compare this with transiting Saturn to the midpoint Composite.
In any case, when Saturn goes direct, the nodes will be square to Progressed Chiron and then to the Mercury/Neptune-Saturn opposition. This may suggest that during Saturn retrograde there may be misunderstandings or a frustrating dynamic. Progressed Moon is conjunct IC though, so it seems that the bond is strong in that moment.

Stoika, thank you so much for your reply. What do you mean with compare this with transiting Saturn to the midpoint composite? I mean, should check the transits during that time and compare it to the midpoint composite or compare the progressed composite to the midpoint composite and see how is playing?

I see what you said, yes, during that time, composite nodes will square transit Chiron, Mercury/Neptune-Saturn opposition. So I guess I should check important planets in transits in midpoint composite and also check that planets in transits to the progressed? Hahaha, I’m sorry, I’m so new with transits, I’m making such a big effort to learn. That’s why I make a lot of questions.

And a final thing, have you seen progressed composite with a few contacts between then? Like for example this.

Or in this case is also important to see what aspects are making the transit planets to the progressed ones? I just wonder because most of the times, in the most of the relationships I see, in the progressed composite there is lots of activity, when you don’t see that, but you see for example the one I attached to my answer, it means there aren’t relationship at all?.

Thank you ❤️

Hi dear maleja.rangel, I am not a big expert on Progressed charts, but as far as I know, the Progressed Moon placement is the most significant one, especially in which house it is and aspects to the Prog. Sun. In the latter image, it is possible that the relationship is not "activated" or it may be at initial stages/not so close relationship. But take this with a big grain of salt.

As for camparison to the midpoint chart, I simply meant to check transits to the Composite first, and if there are significant ones suggesting break up, then maybe tr. Saturn on Prog. DSC square Moon may make more sense... otherwise, if transits to Composite are favourable, I don't think tr. Saturn to Prog. DSC would signal break up, it may actually be the opposite and the relationship may become more stable (for instance). Here with the nodal transit square to prog. Chiron there may actually be an issue... since Prog. Moon is conjunct IC and Chiron is in Cancer, I would look at transits to the midpoint chart related to the 4th house planets, and transits aspects between Saturn, Jupiter, Moon and Chiron.
