Coming here to process my thoughts.I am looking at my husband's chart and he has Virgo and Pisces intercepted in his chart. His father was a pisces and his mother was a virgo (I have sun in Virgo opposite Moon in Pisces), they got divorced as father had a drinking problem he developed after his brother who he was very closed to passed away. A few years later after they got divorced father had health complications and he passed away, my husband was 12 when his father passed away.
Neptune ruler of his intercepted Pisces falls in his 8th house. My husband has a fear of death, once in a while he thinks about death and he shakes, like a trauma response, I just learned that when he was 6 he was super excited at school to see a spaceship take off over TV in the library and then it blew up and the people in it died, I think that left quite the impression on his 6 year old mind, he remembers that day clearly, I don't think he was able to process that at that age. In the animal kingdom when animals experience trauma they make a shaking motion and shake it off and that is how the body releases the shock but sometimes human suppress the trauma and don't release it so it stays stuck in the body, is like the shock of that day got stuck in his body, left an impression and it was not never released or resolved
Anyways I feel this may have disrupted his development, he was so excited to see the spaceship take off and it was definitely connected to his 11th house were the interception is, the house of hopes and dreams, then BAM out of nowhere this seed that was planted so carefully by the teachers in his school (in his house of hopes and dreams) gets disrupted by this event nobody could have predicted. He develops this fear of death and along with it there is this anxiety/fear that follows his hopes and dreams around because of the association made between the two subconsciously by the mind of a 6 year old.
His parents later get divorced and at the age of 12 his father dies so more disruptions. All this also ties to his Mars conjunct Uranus in Scorpio right on his DC and the DC rules circumstances out of our control. His Neptune in the 8th semisextiles his Mars conjunct Uranus so they connect via that aspect.
Back to the interception. The ruler of his interceptions form interesting aspects with my chart.
Pisces ruler Neptune is in Sagittarius and conjuncts my SOUTHNODE exact.
Virgo ruler Mercury is in Scorpio and conjuncts by 1 degree my Saturn.
Both southnode and Saturn it seems are the teachers here, I am here to teach him to better integrate those two signs and work through his fear of death but embracing his spiritual side is part of how that will be resolved. He believes that nothing happens after you die, that there is just nothingness, emptiness and space. He had an spontaneous spiritual experience while in boarding school in high school but ultimately he has rejected religion which I understand but also spirituality all together despite that experience he had, over favoring the Virgo side of him but bc he wont integrate the Pisces his Virgo does not function effectively.
With saturn in scorpio and southnode in Saggy I am the opposite of him in this regard, I don't fear death bc I have faith, my jupiter which is also my chart ruler falls in the 12th and rules my southnode. I have had my own journey of balancing out the pisces/virgo polarity in me with sun in virgo opposite moon in pisces and northnode in gemini and southnode in saggy and neptune been my strongest planet, in my case I needed to neutralize the neptune and pisces side of me and integrate more my mercury in virgo, he has helped me integrate more my mercury in virgo but he is supposed to learn to integrate more his neptune through me.
It seems interestingly karmic how the rulers of his intercepted signs conjunct my Saturn and my southnode, I guess we come together to help each other integrate and become more whole in ourselves.
Come to think of it my saturn is learning from his mercury and I think his Neptune is supposed to learn from my Southnode.
