it could be both. i've dealt with this aspect before coupled with a venus-asc conjunction and moon conjunct moon...it was definitely romantic flirting. since it's in the 8th im leaning towards it being flirting flirting. if it was in the 3rd then i'd lean more towards playful friend flirting. just for fun and lighthearted convo in true 3rd house fashionyour gut must be screaming at you that she's flirting in a romantically interested way for you to be making this post tho...i think you already know the answer
