I think it looks pretty good... Saturn sextile Uranus seems to indicate you'll stick together through ups and downs of life, and Saturn trine Mars shows your determination to stay together. Node sextile Vertex looks like it's a significant relationship but doesn't necessarily promise longevity.

But it does seem like a tumultuous relationship or one with a lot of changes, with Uranus conjunct moon in the 8th house. You might go through a lot of transformations emotionally, sexually, financially as a couple. It may be too much for Saturn to pull you through. But as always, astrology isn't everything.
