Topic: please help me decide if this would be a good mentor/employer

hello. making some career moves these days and trying to pick a mentor/future employer.... would someone be able to tell me if this person and i have good aspects for this? mainly looking for someone i can communicate well with, someone who assumes the best about me, and with whom I have long-term compatibility for working together(if that makes sense). off the top:
- composite shows potential to communicate well? sun/mercury conjunct
-worried about all the neptune in the chart though
- also worried about his ability to "like" me as an employee/mentee- mars square nodes, mercury square nodes (synastry)
- does anyone know if or have experience with the ascendant/descendant nodal conjunctions? i've read conflicting opinions about whether this is good or bad for long term growth note: i don't know his time of birth. any insight would be appreciated! thank you!! my natal:

Looking at the composite, there are mainly harmonic aspects and Jupiter/Chiron could be inspiring/helpful for your purpose, but it is opposite uranus and Saturn is also quincunx to Uranus/Pluto, so it looks somehow instable and potentially carrying conficting purposes or different views or ways to deal with whatever you got together for, and since the Saturn/Pluto square is also in synastry, you may actually be left dissatisfied or may find difficult to deal with this person once you are developing a project. The composite neptune square is too wide to be signficant. There's mainly an apparent harmony and likely shared motivation, but I don't see this particularly successful on the long run. If it's about creativity, art, music or alike, Neptune conjunct Venus is much helpful.IP: Logged |
