I once had this aspect with a friend. I was Chiron and she was South Node. We became best friends really fast, but our relationship also ended suddenly.
I felt like I had to take care of her because she was very short and she looked more like a child. I always felt like something bad would happen to her if I wasn't around and strangely enough her parents too somehow entrusted her safety to me. They always made sure that if she were to go somewhere she would be with me and it wasn't like she didn't have any other friends besides me.
Our relationship ended when she betrayed me. Apparently, she was resentful her parents trusted me more than her. Now we are no longer friends, but she is still trying to find out what I'm up to and always trying to reach out to me even after more than five years have passed.
It's weird, but after our friendship ended she got taller by a lot(more than 10 cm). She is now maybe taller than me. Many people didn't believe she would grow more than 2-3 cm because she was already 16 nearing 17 when this happened, and most girls usually stop growing by that age. Besides this, her parents weren't that tall either, so it was a shock to everyone. What experiences did you have with this aspect?
