Abrupt start/end is so typical of Uranus, or one party will behave very detached which is not easy to accept unless you like it this way as well.

I've not dealt with Uranus but I've had a Neptune squares relationship before (+ Saturn squares). What I initially thought and what I actually got were like heaven & hell. Neptune painted such a beautiful dream I actually believed it for real, only to be greatly disappointed.

Check your individual natals to see how your composite Neptune will play out. I've Neptune in 7H opposite Venus conjunct Moon while he has Neptune conjunct Sun/Mercury. Perfect concoction for deception.

Thank you for your response. Yes, the whole stellium squares both Neptune and Uranus, but the orbs are closest with Sun and Moon which are conjunct by less than a degree.

I've felt the pain of both Uranus and Neptune, and I would say Neptune is worse due to feeling like you've met someone so perfect for you, and it ends up amounting to nothing. My experience was exactly the same as yours

Seems that you also have a challenging Neptune placement. Neptune in 7/8 houses can lose themselves in relationships, easily believing the other person comes with genuine intentions. Truthfully I’m like this in friendships as well. I’m suspicious of people yet always give them the benefit of doubt (ironic, I know). With your 12H Moon, you can get confused about your feelings because your connection to the subconscious is so strong. I’ve 12H Sun/Mercury too but I feel that Moon in this house is harder as emotions don’t get expressed in a way beneficial to the native. However, I believe you’re strongly spiritual/intuitive which you can tap on to heal.

I've noticed that Neptune deepens the psychic bond, and it's almost like you can read each others minds. Unless that's also an illusion? I don't know what's real anymore!

You have pretty much described me, I'm also like this with relationships and friendships. In fact, this guy was never anything more than a friend, although I do believe that feelings were involved on both sides. We met while travelling, and are from different countries, so it was never able to progress into anything more. We had a minor disagreement and then he just stopped talking to me. He has a girlfriend now and looks happy, whereas I'm struggling to move on, so it seems Neptune hasn't affected him as badly as it has me.

Totally agree about the 12H Moon, it can be a real challenge, especially as it's conjunct my ASC by 3 degrees so it expresses itself very strongly. I'm very emotional, but with the Moon being in Gemini, I'm always trying to intellectualise everything I feel. Thanks for your advice, I'm really hoping I can use this placement for good and truly heal myself

The progressed Composite Moon is currently in Taurus & Scorpio and in both 1H & 7H and conjunct/opposite Sun exact, conjunct/opposite Venus (2 orb), conj/opp Mars (6 orb), square Saturn (7 orb), sextile both Uranus (3 orb) and Neptune exact, and conjunct Pluto (2 orb).

It seems like this was never more than friendship to him? 😕 My advice is not to push it. He may not wanna reply out of respect for his gf.

How is Prog cMoon in Taurus & Scorpio at the same time? The square to Saturn…is it applying or separating? Aspects have to be close to exact to see real action so I usually only pay attention to those applying aspects within 2degs.

No, I won't contact him again now that I know he's in a relationship. When I reached out to him last year I wasn't aware. I was more trying to rekindle the friendship as I missed him, but have since realised that I'll always want more with him, so it's for the best that he's not in my life until I've moved on. Who knows, maybe one day he will reach out..

The progressed composite Moon is in Scorpio, but it has "+opp house" next to it on Astro.com, so I thought that means it is in both signs as the moons are opposite and it's a midpoint method? I'm still learning, so please correct me if I'm wrong

Yes, I hope so! I'm able to distract myself briefly, but always find myself going back to thinking of him I'm quick to move from interest to interest, but with people I get very attached and very emotionally invested. It's definitely something I need to work on.
