Could anyone share their experiences with people with these aspects? My new boss has Natal Venus conjunct sado in libra Square his nessus conjunct Mars in cancer.

In our synastry my Natal mercury aquarius sextile sagittarius Mars forms a yod with his mar/nessus. His nemesis is also conjunct my Mars. His Leo saturn also opposes my mercury. I am concerned because I have to work with him alot

My mercury seems to agitate everything. It clashes with uranus too.
