She’s on the outside I notice her Saturn is conjunct my Moon that has me worried lol. Also my Neptune squares her Moon. We don’t really have Mercury aspects either.

There may require more patience and attention in communication due to the misunderstanding that the square Moon/Neptune might bring. However; Saturn brings the Patient quality, the Saturn/Moon may well balance the fore mentioned square.
The Saturn within her may try to treat you as her child. Is she older than you? Good news is it is in Aquarius,  Saturn can be more reserved - less smothering there.  My Hubby has his there on my venus. I think she may be annoying when she inserts her elder attitude, "I know because I'm older" ... lol  if she does it wouldn't be a lot or otp. You have her Sun in your 3rd, she may communicate a lot with you.
  Your 3rd house Pluto might be receptive to her Sun. As well she may feel that Pluto in your communication,  this could go either way. I feel Scorpios love like minded ones. (I'm a Sco asc Sidereal) If you are sensed as one - boom! You could be in rhythm as coworkers. 
 Your Saturn, Uranus /her NN in Sagittarius  might be something to watch out for though. Nodes can be annoying, especially if we feel our feathers ruffled. It is the 6th house too. Be mindful that she has that Saturn placement, try to have patience with that.  Your Sun in her 11th, in Tau. I think it is a friendly set up. Her Moon&Jupiter  is in your 2nd (taurus natural zone).
