Maybe it would also matter what is the rulership of Neptune? in composite and in individual charts?

It’s my friend and her partner’s composite. The Neptune transit is also triggering their cVenus opp cPluto on their ASC-DSC axis, square their MC-IC; square her natal Moon and conjunct his natal Mars.

Neptune rules their composite ASC, her natal 12th and his natal 2nd.

They just entered into a deeper commitment - co-owned a place together - but my friend keeps saying they did that for financial reasons and refers to him as “my ex-boyfriend”. So I’m curious…maybe tr Neptune squaring her Moon is making her feel this way.
