One Word: PROTECTED. As a Woman, I've enjoyed having this with a Man. His (Mars) energy makes me feel like he'd go to battle for me & our potential family. I nurture him, he provides for me. Very Yin-Yang! He's my hero, yet is able to cry into my arms as his confidant.

Problem is, Scorpio Mars would be generally square my Venus, and I haven't noticed that go too well for the most part, though I tend to experience pretty intense attraction.

For someone to capture my Mars in their 4th, on average they would need Gemini Rising, which generally would also put my Cap Sun in their 8th a lot of the time (sometimes in the 7th, if it's very late Gemini).

Oh yes, I do tend to be rather attracted to Gemini Risings, but often not in the healthiest way (it also has a 5th House pull on my Libra Moon and Pluto).

But also not a position/Sign I have much experience with.

When you're an average guy, you have less options/choices than most females, and so, I've noticed that my chart has to capture a lot of their important/sensitive planets (especially romantic and/or sexual ones, like Sun, Asc, Moon, Venus, Mars or rulers of 1st, 5th, 7th, 8th) in my 1st, 4th, 5th, 7th, and/or 8th for them to have sufficient attraction to me to give me a chance to begin with.

I had a different energetic experience. He and I dated for less than 2 years. It oppose my Mercury/MC, he got annoyed quite often too, particularly when I misinterpret things. He was a grump and on the flaky side. lol His Virgo Mars square his own Venus in Gemini. It created a mutable grand gross with my Uranus.

I'd say more women want this dynamic than not. Even if some aren't willing to admit it!

I'm not too sure why there's such a difference in our experiences with this placement. Only thing I can think of, as mentioned above, is that he was on the more unhealthy side at the time while with you.

Often times when you're a woman, you can just smile at a guy and get their attention. Course, that is a double edged sword and not always fun/pleasant either I imagine.

I do imagine this placement would play out somewhat differently in reverse for a Straight Male.

Makes total sense why you're attracted to Gemini Risings. One guy I've been getting to know recently is a Gemini ASC with his Mars in my 4th! Here we go again LOL. I attract Scorpio & Sag ASC the most. Leo ASC as well, due to my Mars falling into their 5th House.

I actually have this synastry with my younger brother. 😯 Just realized this a few months ago! I'm Mars and am very protective of him (4H) as his Big Sister. Always have been.

I remember one time when we were kids, he came in the house with a bloody nose from the brother of my little boyfriend. And oh my... did I totally *BLACK TF OUT* in rage! I stormed outside, ruthlessly swinging an IRON in the air at that POS for what he did! He ran, of course. 🤣 And I broke up with my "boyfriend" for not intervening when his trash brother needlessly attacked mine.

My Natal (3H) Mars is also conjunct my IC - so I don't play about My Family. 💯 I will f**k you up. I'm not aggressive towards my Loved Ones either - just protective. 💜 And I put a lot of energy into staying connected with them. As for my brother, I try to empower him as a man, not emasculate him.

In my experience, they (Mars Man) can hurt our feelings (4H) with their delivery at times. So I relate to what you stated. 👍 I have found they get like this when they are feeling insecure & need reassurance from us. They can feel shame after hurting us, then awkwardly will pull away to "protect" us - instead of openly & lovingly communicating with us in that moment to resolve the issue. That's when it gets weird for a minute! 🤣 Then... we finally talk it all out & go back to making love to each other's souls. 💋
