Moon opposite Mars, Venus opposite Mars, Moon conjunct Mars, Venus conjunct Mars, Mars conjunct Asc and/or in 1st House, Mars conjunct Desc and/or in 7th House, Mars in 8th House, Mars in 5th House, and Venus in the 8th (Venus is not normally very sexually oriented in a lust kind of way, but can be when powerfully connected to the 8th, because these are somewhat opposite energies while 8th is also strongly connected to sexual energy/expression).

For the House factors above, conjunctions and oppositions with the faster moving ruler can also correlate strongly as well. For example, Mars conjunct or opposite the Chart ruler or Desc ruler, or 5th or 8th House ruler.

Pluto can also correlate to sexual attraction. But less so when people are born relatively close in time to each other. We share so many similar Pluto aspects with people of our generation that the aspects have to be very close and/or one or both of the partners have to be very attuned to Pluto and/or its relative opposites (Taurus and Venus) for it to matter more.

Moon is also sexual oriented, but in a more feminine and passive way than Mars, more subtle and more emotionally focused, but still quite procreative. So technically, Moon in 8th and 5th, 1st and 7th or conjunct those latter Angles can contribute some to sexual attraction.

Also a mutually strong emphasis on Aries, Leo, Scorpio, or Taurus can contribute to strong sexual attraction between two people as these are the most highly sexed/sexual Signs in an archetypal sense.

And when you mix and match various factors from the above list is when you're going to have real intense fireworks. For example, someone that I was extremely, intensely sexually (and all level too) attracted to, had her Leo Mars very closely conjunct my Leo Asc and opposed my Aqua Venus. In her chart, Mars rules her Sun, 8th, and co-rules her Moon and NN. In my chart, Venus rules my Moon, MC, and Pluto and is in my 7th, so a pretty sensitive point.

In turn, the ruler of my 5th and 8th, Jupiter in Virgo was very closely conjunct her Virgo Asc along with my Virgo Mars also conjunct her Asc and her Pisces Venus-Saturn conjunction was in my 8th and generally opposite Sign of those (and in close opposition with my Virgo Saturn, where Saturn rules my Sun and Mercury and co-rules my Venus and Desc). And in her chart, Saturn rules her 5th.

We are of a different generation, and my Pluto, ruler of my IC is opposed her Sun/Mercury/South Node conjunction where Mercury rules her Asc.

I'm just listing the sexual/lust/hormonal part of the attraction. There is also a lot of emotional, psychic and spiritual stuff going on (the close Jupiter conjunction to her Asc also contributes to the spiritual and psychic, but also to the sexual since Jupiter rules my 5th and 8th and is conjunct my Mars. I can't separate Jupiter energy from sexual energy in my chart/psyche, they are very closely intertwined, which is why my sexuality and sexual attunement is very Tantric like in some deep ways).
