Freewill can make or break relationships.

In fact, you could have a situation where from a Soul/nonphysical level, before you incarnated with a soul mate, someone from your Soul group, a twin soul, or what not, you had an agreement, "We're going to be in a relationship in this upcoming human experience."

But when things actually roll around, the personality/human level of us, could come to contradict that deeper, pre planned part. And if the personality level of the individuals keeps interfering with the spiritual plans, eventually the Expanded selves might just be like, "well, lay in the bed you made" and give up nudging or prodding towards the original plan.

There are some cases, cases involving planned unions between particularly potent retriever/service/guide/helper type Souls that are meant to do larger service work together that will greatly impact/affect many others, and so the Expanded Selves and general guidance involved will keep on poking, prodding, nudging until one and/or both finally give in to the original plan. The personalities involved may at times feel a bit like marionettes on strings. But lets not forget, you are your Expanded self and your Expanded self is you in essence--it's just the wiser and more aware part of you. It's still part of your overall freewill process if your Expanded self wants something that your personality level doesn't.

However, these are fairly rare cases.

Anyways, longer story shorter, no one can truly predict how others will use their freewill in a given situation. It is the human ego part of us that feels like it has to know ahead of time if its going to work or not. Well if the very Source/Prime Creator cannot always accurately predict how an individual Soul is going to use its freewill ahead of time, how do you expect those in these limited, slow vibratory, and distorted human suits looking through the glass darkly to accurately predict such things ahead of time? Perhaps a bit unreasonable, perhaps technically impossible? When people are correct about these things, it is only because the individuals involved followed the probable tendencies, patterns, and/or pre-planning.

I know that this is not the answer you are looking for, and yet it is truth, and the answer that many could benefit from listening to and hearing. Too many into astrology are too fatalistic/deterministic about it, and/or think that astrology is a direct cause. No, it only symbolically reflects preexisting patterns.

As a very general, hypothetical example: "My Venus square their Mars made me hot for them, but then we get into stupid fights." No, your Venus square Mars just reflects that in couple other lives, you two placed too much emphasis on the sexual part of your relationship at the expense of real love, and now you are replaying those dynamics over again, to hopefully learn from the mistakes/limited choices you had made previously. Venus and Mars didn't do anything. Astrology didn't do anything. You two have a past/history, and the astrology symbolically encodes what that past was.
