Just because a couple has been together for a long time unfortunately says very little of the quality of the relationship. And we rarely are close enough to be able to judge what is really going on behind closed doors and how much struggle there truly is. I'm saying this with my parents in mind. They had terrible synastry and composite, with a few physical attraction aspects which explained the initial drawy, but overall reflecting their complete incompatibility. Yet,when my mother died my parents had been together for 45 years and for all intents and purposes to the outside they were the perfect couple. Even my cousin thought they had a great, very smooth relationship. Far from it..

Most people are rarely ever together because of love and love alone. When you take a closer look (if you can), you start to notice the illusion in it all. Mental illness, unawareness of the SELF, financial issues, etc all play a part. So many people walk around living chaotic, unfulfilling lives just repeating the same traditions and patterns their parents and grandparents did. It's a never-ending cycle unless you have the mental capacity to THINK and OBSERVE.. only then will you unlock that next veil of consciousness which will inevitably put you closer to your soul's tribe. Until then, we're all just trauma bonding with different people wondering why we can't find that "one".IP: Logged |
