I think perhaps maybe there's other house that plays into it. I'm thinking 2nd house is another overlay. Do you find it to be true for you? I had 2 people who's sun overlaid my 2nd house that referred me to their manager and hyped me up. They seem to see my values. I find that to be an interesting coincidence.

Other cases: The Moon person who would do the same for me too. Who tried to refer me to their workplace.

But not so often with 10th house overlay. They admire me and also makes them look good like somehow I bring the spotlight to them. I feel this seems more conditional than the 2nd house - where it feels more like they see my potential.
