I had it with my ex husband- the physical relationship was a mess, we were never on the same page, and it did end abruptly complete with infidelity on his part.

I had it again with someone else, and the sex was fine but it ended abruptly.

Do you think there are certain aspects in a Composite chart that could offset this placement?

We do have Mars sextile Venus in the Composite chart.

Personally I would say it's getting a lot of stress from that Uranus opposition. I don't know that aspects couldn't offset it if they were beneficial enough, or that others could increase the strain on the other side of things... and then there is free will.
