My partner of 1.5 years broke things off with me 10 days ago out of the blue. I was wondering if after the eclipse season and we go into venus retrograde whether that is a good transit to approach them again to ask them for another chance?

My NN in scorpio falls in their 7th house and their moon falls in my 7th house too i think. My jupiter + Pluto fall in his 8th house.

I miss them so much I feel like they are the one for me and I cant imagine being with anyone but them. They said getting back together is a possibility after they take some space for their mental health. Thank you all in advance im feeling so lost and appreciate any advice

I definitely feel that soulmate connection with my ex partner. I don't have an easy time dating but when I met him it felt like a deep connection instantly. He has said the same thing to me too. We have had stable periods of our relationship but also unstable. He dumped me in the summer due to his mental health and came back to me. I hope he comes back again, I understand the mental health. You don't have to apologize about the situation evolving towards separation.

Hi ilunatique, thank you so much for your thoughtful reply, I feel so grateful. Yes he is an Aquarius and I am a Leo so feel that opposites attract vibe quite strongly.

That is helpful to know conjunction between Venus and Pluto in Capricorn may bring some change in him. I hope it results in our re conciliation. He has dumped me before because of his Mental Health then came back to me again.

We are planning to talk about everything soon. Should I try when the conjunction happens? Or will that energy stick around for a while? Sorry if I sound desperate, I am still in shock by our sudden break up and love him a lot.

And even tho he has his demons, issues and even struggles with his mental health as well; he never once dumped me, or cut contact with me because of his mental health issues. And he has severe anxiety and depression. He kept it hidden from me for years (Scorpio moon lol) and I only found out once it got so bad he had a nervous breakdown and wasn’t sleeping or eating for weeks and snapped and went to get medication for it. I doubt your guys is that bad?

So I think your bf is using that as an excuse to let you down easy. Especially since this is a pattern for him? Breaking up with you then coming back? I’m sorry to sound harsh, but he sounds like an inconsiderate jerk.

20years ago at the end of my University degree I was really struggling emotionally, suffering from writers block and panic attacks and as a side product kept breaking up with my boyfriend of the time.. It's the only time I ever displayed this kind of behaviour (despite my uranus in 5th house and venus square uranus) and while my mental health issues at the time I'm sure would have been tough on any relationship, the bottom line was that I cared for him deeply, but wasn't in love. When I'm really in love I'm in, through the good and bad, and even unhealthily so till the bitter end...and I lean on my partner and vice versa in tough times. All of the above is especially true for three of my aquarius friends (two heterosex. women, one gay male friend) who share not only the aquarius sun and capricorn venus with your boyfriend, but who are also moon in scorpio. One female even shares the mars in aquarius with him. All of them have been very, very, very slow to fall in love, but when they did there's been no commitment issues since.

None of my friends are moon in scorpio heterosex. men of course, and I've only known one moon in scorpio man who has really done a number on me emotionally with his confusing behaviour,so can't give any input there. But he also had a very plutonic chart otherwise whereas your guy's chart (despite his moon in scorpio) is mostly uranian/saturnian when it comes to relationships. Venus cap, 1st house saturn, ruler of DC mercury in capricorn in 10th. Ruler of 8th house venus in cap in 10th. Ruler of 5th sun in aquarius.

Happy new year and thank you all for your replies and word of wisdom, I am really appreciative. Feeling the highs and lows has been hard but I am grateful for your thoughts as its been very helpful, thank you Stoika7, Vansio, Lunal, and anska5.

This may not be what others want to hear but we are talking about re conciling and he has been very persistent with me/chasing me. I took some space from him and he missed me. I want to take it slow as its Venus retrograde and im worried it wont stick, im still processing, I am also talking to another guy at the moment so not banking on my ex.. I forgot to mention we were in an nonmonag relationship before (When we got together first I asked him for nonmonogamy). Unsure if thats related to the Uranus/Neptune aspects

I still have feelings for him and have been unlucky in love so far in my life keeping him as an option and talking to others too. I check my transits for love and dont see anything coming up for a long time. Im also new to this side of astrology so I could be wrong.
