Yes! In my small "research" i've noticed that the date any relationship/dating started,the transiting Nodes were usually in aspect to Composite sun or moon(not exact,give it an orb of 5 degrees). And from what i can see that's your case. The transiting trine from Pluto is also helpful.
Progressed synastry will give you a best answer. Check if your progressed venus,sun,or mars aspects his natal and/or progressed venus,mars or sun.Most common relationship triggers are sun-venus and venus-mars in the progressed synastry.After that,transits to composite usually trigger the start of a relationship. Thank you for your input this is my progressed natal chart. The Sun and Mercury are in Gemini. In his natal chart he has Sun in Gemini at 20 degrees and Venus in Gemini at one degree. And also Mars in Cancer.

Well,your pr.Sun is separating from a conjunction to his natal Venus. But his pr.Sun is applying to a trine to your natal Venus. It will be exact in about 4-5 years,but you may already feel the attraction and a pull to be together. Also your pr.Venus is sextile his natal Mars. Progressions are usually inner changes,they don't make things happen by themselves. So you may start having feelings for each other,but the transits will show when exactly things will get real.
I would say it's very possible for you to get together,the stars are with you!
