I have been lurking the career posts of the forum, unsure if this is the right place to post, apologies if its incorrect

Ive been working as a mental health therapist for the last 8 months at a clinic. I was verbally told by my supervisor I passed my 6 months probation a few weeks ago, now HR/and my boss (who are above my supervisor) want to extend my probation a further 3 months (they said via letter yesterday). Where im located nationally this is a legal issue. Legally once Ive passed the 6 month probation they cannot retrospectively extend it unless its in my contract, and it isnt.

By extending the probation period they wont give me a 10K raise.

Im not happy with this.. but I also dont want to fight this? This job is fulfilling but not my dream job, I want to work with young adults/adolescents and im at the moment working with children. and im only in it for the stable hours and WFH aspects

I was wondering what astrological aspects are playing into my career now? And whether this is an auspicious time to apply for another job and then drop 2 days off of my current job..?

For context im 26F and have experienced a lot of burnout as a new therapist. Ive been a therapist since start of 2020. Ive had 3 different jobs in the last 2 years :/
