Does anyone know how someone's Venus/Pluto Midpoint conjunct another person's Descendant EXACT would manifest?

Does the Descendant person and Venus/Pluto Midpoint person feel equal love & attraction? Or does one side feel this effect more strongly?

It is said that the planet person feels it more that the angle person. But from my experience this is not always true. It can be both ways or even the other way, depending on the rest of the synastry and natal charts.

But I guess venus - pluto mp on descendent could mean obsessive love or deeply passionate love which transforms you in a way.
