I think it’s prettttyyyy safe to say he finds you extremely attractive.
His Venus is RIGHT on your ASC and you guys even have a love stellium in composite. I bet his standoffishness is due to his Leo pride being hurt—is it possible he thinks you’ve snubbed him in some way? Or it could be him just being responsible and knowing that if he talks/flirts with you, it would be inappropriate on his part since he actually finds you very attractive.

It looks pretty mutual to me… your 5th/7th/8th house rulers are all talking to each other. Even a hard aspect is better than no aspect, and some hard aspects keep things spicy and not boring. Plus you’re so close in age that the hard aspects from generational planets would be familiar and not as intense I think.

Things do look a little more detached/platonic/hidden with his personal planets in your 11th and 12th houses.

But the composite aspects look really good, with his nJuno on cMoon exactly and the cSun/Merc/Venus near his nVenus.

TOB can really change things though, especially the moon and obviously the houses.

My advice though is to respect relationship boundaries. If you have the courage and the need to break up with your partner independently of the situation with your colleague, do that. Sometimes someone appears in our life just to show us what’s possible if we only had the courage to act authentically. Even so, your colleague is still dating someone and you’d have to respect that too. Not that I’m so morally against illicit affairs, but it would be totally disastrous for you if things went wrong in a workplace context. If you didn’t work with him it would be a different story. But you have to protect yourself and put your own best interests first.

Enjoy the crush, use the situation to grow and learn about yourself and others. What do you imagine you’d get from this guy that you’re not getting in your relationship currently, what parts of yourself are being awakened by him and how can you nurture them so you can be your own Mr. Leo? Etc

No,we don't,his TOB is unknown,I just guessed an ASC for him,based on how he acts.

I was taking into account what you said, but talking to a girl we like still feels like a move for most of us guys.

I'm in a similar situation, but I'm the guy in a situation with a girl I feel insane chemistry with. My situation is I'm a graduate assistant in my early 30s and I have an unspoken thing with one of my undergrad coeds in the class I assist with. We have made eye contact with each other nonstop in every class all semester. If one of us looks at the other the other instantly returns the eye contact. It's that magnetic between us. And when I look at her she displays really feminine body language (playing with hair, showing off neck) and does things to show herself to me. Once she adjusted her jacket in such a way that showed off her cleavage better. Obviously, there is something there, and like you, I was able to rectify her chart and get what I'm almost certain is her right time. I posted our synastry and composite here a few days ago and I'm still waiting to hear what others think. Any way, obviously, the situation is such that I can't really make a move while I'm the grad assistant for class. I haven't spoken to her in this case either, mainly because how do I even approach her. It seems we have the hots for each other and both know it, but yet I can't exactly outright hit on her for obvious reasons. So what do I even say?

seems more like this. my opinion is that he likes you and you probably stir him up inside. even without the work and relationship factors, cancer mars has an inclination to act awkward around the person they actually really like, and it is probably more pronounced around other people. his mars is in your 11th house/social environment too..

i have a cancer mars and am guilty of doing this. have a tendency to come across like i am ignoring that person. friendly to everyone else, except to the person of interest. the deeper the attraction, the more i want to play it off. learning to do it less now. did this a lot with my “maybe twin”. want to merge and connect but also crawl inside a shell = awkward (like talking about stuff that is far from what is actually going on internally).

I totally understand the sentiment when you say that you wish he could just be normal and friendly. With my t-square involving Pluto, Venus and the moon, I can't have nice interactions with most women. They always meet my friendliness with really standoffish and b****y energy. And it sucks because I wish I could have good relationships with women.

I get the feeling that Scorpio and Plutonian women are the only ones who can handle my energy. Other women treat me like crap. It's funny because I can smile at women and feel the most positive emotions and they just give me a brief indifferent glance, if that.

My problems with women are so bad that I don't even attempt to initiate contact anymore on any level. These days I can't even send a Facebook friend request to women without getting snubbed. For whatever reason, most women hate me. I really mourn that because I wish women could be cool with me. Oh well.

I know,right?? It's like a vibe we give off that makes women see us like that.I noticed that when I put boundaries on women and don't let them manipulate me they usually treat me better.They seem bothered when I stand up for myself,but if I don't they just walk all over me.

Well being a high testosterone man who has gone without intimacy his whole life ages a man prematurely. I'm having a really hard time coping with my life right now. Little thing can be huge triggers for me.
