Hi there! Long time viewer of this forum but 1st time poster as I have a dilemma I’d like some more seasoned astrologers advice on (I’m 29, have been into astrology since I was 19).

Topic is about the potential unfolding of relationship. From the moment I started doing synastry I can easily say I’ve never had as fantastic synastry as I do with my current boyfriend, including lots of Juno aspects like his Juno on my Venus & DSC 2 degs, my Juno on his ASC 1 deg, my Venus on his MC 2 degs, our moons conjunct 1 deg, our suns trine exactly, his sun on my POF exactly, my Neptune on his Venus exactly, and lots more. We have many positive contacts & not a ton of negative or worrying ones. However, with this being said, we have what I consider a terrifying composite in which a majority of our planets AND our ASC are in mutable signs all squaring or opposing each other. We don’t have a single placement in a fixed sign in the composite, which is worrying enough to me. Our chart also doesn't have many soft aspects. Our chart ruler (Mercury) is in great shape in Aries conjunct our sun in the 7th though, so I'd consider that probably the best part of our composite, even though I don't love Aries energy for relationships but the 7th house softens it I suppose.

In addition, Saturn is exactly on our DSC in Pisces, opposite our Moon, Mars & ASC at the same time. We have a Mars/Venus opposition too, but most terrifying to me and what I fear may doom our relationship is a t-square between Mars, Black Moon Lilith, and our Venus & Vertex (conjunct). Mars is in the 12th in Virgo, Venus in 6th in Pisces, & BLM in 9th conjunct the MC in Gemini. Here's why this worries me: My partner is finishing up his Master’s degree & going to begin looking for work soon. He really wants to try to get into consulting, which is a job he’s told me could require him to be away for up to 4 days a week at a time sometimes. I can’t help but see this particular t-square as pointing to infidelity & deception while abroad then lying about it due to the 9th house Gemini Lilith (BLM-tabboo sexuality, the "bad spouse", Gemini-lies) squaring the Venus in 6th conj. Vertex (co-workers/work environment, "fated" encounters there) & Mars in 12th (deception, lying about actions).
Lying has already occurred once early in the relationship, before we were officially dating, and my S/O has a Libra Mars in his 3rd house (yikes I know) & BLM in his 1st and has genuinely told me he does not like conflict and actively tries to avoid it. He is definitely the type to lie to appease and maintain the peace about things he claims “don’t matter”. In addition our only really negative synastry in my opinion is his Libra Mars falling in my 12th house conjunct my Jupiter exactly (deception about actions but amplified maybe?). I know it could point to lots of other things, but the fact that in his natal, our synastry, and our composite there is a very bad Mars worries me a lot.

For our composite mars, it has not a single positive aspect. No trine or sextile, only multiple squares and oppositions on top of being in the 12th in a mutable placement & the t-square.

I’m kind of losing sleep over this aspect/this mars. I could see myself marrying this man & I can’t say that about people I’ve been with in the past. I’m terrified of how the relationship has potential to unfold though. Can anyone offer any alternate meaning to the t-square or does it genuinely spell trouble to you too? One other interpretation I have of it has to do with spirituality/religion. I am extremely spiritual, and he is very Christian and not so much about spiritual or metaphysical things etc. I wonder if the t-square could do with tension between our beliefs (12th vs 9th house) & how it affects our daily life/relationship (6th house Venus). But beyond those 2 interpretations I really don’t see how else this could play out. Any thoughts are welcome & appreciated, really sorry for the essay guys, I’m prone to being pretty verbose & running in circles (Neptune in 3rd house, ahhh).

IMHO Mars-Venus-Vertex-BML Lilith t-square is nothing to worry about, it's a passion aspect, spicing things up.

Any Mars-Venus aspect is good. Actually a square is frequent in progressed composites at the time of a relationship. Vertex gives some fatefulness and accentuates the passion. Lilith is also raw sexual energy.

If everything is good between you, why to worry about the composite?

Because of composites being the way a relationship is supposed to play out or the energies present. Things generally always feel "good" between us I believe due to our good synastry but people can have great synastry & all it takes is a chance event to ruin things. I understand obviously things can happen regardless of any chart but I just can't find many positive or even neutral ways to interpret this beyond maybe the religion thing. Those energies will play out one way or another right, especially depending on the transits of the time. To be honest I wouldn't be worried if they were in different houses but the fact that it's 12th house planet (yikes) making a negative configuration to planets (especially Lilith) in houses possibly representing work and travel worry me.
Thank you for your response by the way

Do you have passion, push & pull, sexual chemistry? Lilith is nothing evil. And planets accentuated by vertex axis get more weight.

You can also check a progressed composite, it's just as valid. And an overlap between the two plus your natal and progressed charts.

All the more to worry about!

We definitely have all that for sure, but I'm particularly looking at the houses. Of course they add meaning to the way the aspects are defined or interpreted. And yes I have seen many definitions for what Lilith is supposed to represent including that it does not have to be a negative aspect however the general consensus has always seemed to be tabboo topics & sexuality, disobedience etc. The BLM in our chart is conjunct our MC by 4 degrees & conjunct our Juno by 5 degrees, although I guess for composites those orbs might be too large?
