Has anyone experienced or witnessed this? Can it work long term? I’m really confused how this couple has lasted so long without any major contacts to either of their moons or Venus in the synastry.

Yes it can!

However, it is only my partner's moon that is unaspected. His planets still make aspects to my moon. His moon also falls into my 7th house and I would say that he is very emotionally invested in our relationship. We have been together a year so yes, I think it can work if you have good house overlays.

Hi sashavittoria,

I am fire dominant and my partner is air dominant with his air placements: gemini moon, libra ascendant/mars, & aquarius jupiter and uranus. As people we are polar opposites but we make it work somehow lol.

Yes it can totally work out,and it has for me several times.In fact most of my relationships had unaspected planets,usually Sun,Venus or Mars.It doesn't mean that everything works out perfectly,in fact you may feel that something is missing,but it can work out.The hardest unaspected planet is Mercury because with no communication you can't even get close to someone.
