Is the attraction mutual?
My chart is on the inside.

Also have another question not related to synastry/comp: when doing first meeting charts (in online dating) do you make a chart of the time you matched and stated writing, or do you make a chart of the actual meeting in person?

Thank you

Hi ana_bee
Yes I believe the attraction is mutual. In composite, Mars/Venus midpoint is square to the Pluto/Lilith opposition, this looks more than simple attraction... This looks especially sexual with this aspect... but Lilith/psyche would add strong soulmate feelings to the sexual intimacy. With Mars/Mercury exact trine to Moon and Eros conjunct to Mars/Mercury, there are also strong loving and passionate feelings, mind connection and synergy, this is an outstanding aspect as for emotional loving relationship, and Venus square the Nodes seems quite fated and willing for long term committment. There may be a more complicated situation though cause the Juno/Jupiter midpoint is conjunct Uranus which gives an unusual trait to the relationship, and the Jupiter/Moon midpoint is square to Saturn and with Chiron being conjunct to MC, there may be divisive aspects or something interferring with the long term stable committment... Pluto is square Jupiter, and in this picture maybe there are different goals and expectations, or job/career involvement which may interfere or be a significant aspect in the relationship... Vertex is square to the axis and Uranus square DSC, and so for some reasons linked to life circumastance there is some unfulfilled side or obstacles as for stable committment... the Saturn/Moon midpoint is conjunct Sun and square Juno, even though there may be potential devotion, again there may be something interferring, I am wondering if there is a third party situation, some other external influence or just a very independent attitude towards each other...

As for the first meeting chart, I would do both, for the online meeting it can show how the long distance connection plays out, while for the actual meeting it can suggest how the actual relationship on more realistic planes may play out... I'd suggest pulling out a three multi-composite including the date, place and time of the meeting as the third field, on astro.com you would set this third party as "event" instead of "male/female".

Wow Stoika thank you so much, I seldom consider midpoints since I’m heaving a hard time to keep an overview of them all, so it’s great to read about them now.

You're welcome! Yes, it's matter of practising, not easy to catch them sometimes, but I consider midpoints mainly when they stand out and look significant, in this chart they look so cause they involve major aspects...

@stoika
Do you know, what Lilith conj NN in synastry might mean? The Juno/Eros conjunction sits directly on my SN and the Lilith on my NN.

...in your 7th and square to your axis :-)
Your nodes trigger his Juno-Eros/Lilith opposition, and this may give him enchantment, love at first sight, strong sexual pull to you, while you may feel this connection is very fated and he may look familiar to you as if you knew him already... SN to Juno/Eros may suggest past life connection, but sometimes the attraction plays out short-lived... in any case it's very karmic aspect and usually suggesting potential falling in love/infatuation in some "magical" way but especially with sexual drive. He also has North Node/Pluto conjunct to your Pluto/ASC and square your Jupiter, this looks very passionate, as he may feel kind of lucky to have met you and that the meeting may be life changing.

Just noticed that you have strong Chiron in synastry... his Chiron/Venus opposition is square to your Sun, and your Chiron is opposite his saturn, it seems that Chiron may trigger all kinds of insecurities to you both about relationship and committment matter and the relationship may have strong subconscious influence, these are aspects that require a strong mental synergy and understanding of each other's deep nature in order to work out... his Chiron/Venus square your Sun may suggest again that something in life may be interferring with committment purposes... is he tied to some former relationship or family environment which may pose some kind of challenge?
