People:
Putting charts up with too many aspects and expecting someone to read the chart
Starting new threads without building on the incredible work already achieved in established threads on the same topic
Not thinking deeply or researching about astrology and therefore not contributing to the development of knowledge
Putting charts up for readings and not providing feedback to the person who generously takes the time read the chart

The takers suck the love out of any community.

That is blatant obvious when you see the interactions in the old threads that are emotionally involved, interesting, and full of knowledge.

I started working with this guy since summer at my new job. He tried to get close from the beginning, but I dismissed him because I was still with my ex. My ex (whose sun is exactly opposite this guy) and I, had a smooth relationship, but since I met this guy, C, I started feeling cold towards my then-bf. I eventually broke up with him last month because I just couldn't get C out of my mind. Even during meetings other people have sensed the energy between C and me. We just stare at each other a lot.

He hasn't made a move yet. He sort of did last month when our team traveled to this nice beachy location for an event, but I panicked and retreated. I regret it so much now. Because I know he is a shy guy (he used to blush every time I talked to him when we first met) and how much courage it must have taken for him to open up.

We are good friends now and occasionally hang out, but I am so close to confessing my feelings to him.

Of course Composite Sun in the 6th house would show you work together :-) or that you meet in working environment...

First off you clearly have a great attraction, look at Moon conjunct Juno square Mars and sextile Sun! I would be surprised if nothing happened between you two. Either you or he, someone will make a move. Transiting North Node is currently right on the Venus/Mars midpoint, so I guess it wont take too long.....

You stare at each other not only because of the Mars/Moon-Juno attraction, but I guess especially cause you have composite nodes square the Saturn/Chiron opposition. There is something very familiar about each other. You may share past wounds and you need to be careful cause your attraction may actually come from a karmic wound you may mirror towards each other (unconsciously). In a relationship with this person, all your differences may surface and clash in a painful way, but the nodes square to the opposition may actually suggest that this is a healing relationship, you have met each other cause you both need to face and resolve a karma inside yourself, and the other may be the reason for this karma to manifest.
Besides this, if you get in a relationship with this person, things look quite romantic and idealistic... But Pluto square Saturn (widely) may pose a few challenges again, it may be difficult to open up to each other since you may have different approaches which you may only overcome through great intimacy, which may be there, even though there's still a sort of shyness or emotional distance sometimes... I would say that a relationship with this guy may have a serious tone since the beginning, and you may find yourself in a bond which poses a lot of questioning about yourself, your own attitudes, your life choices and so on....
I think that at this time, with the nodes transiting through the Venus/Mars midpoint and in the next months square to Moon/Juno, I guess the chances you will start more than a friendship are quite high :-)

But then I get these signals from him, blushing, him mirroring me, subtle complaints from him that he does not see me around enough, changing his schedule to be at the office around the same time as my schedule, etc (we both have heavy jobs and a lot is at stake for us, but he is overall way more chill about our work pressure).

Believe me I am also too curious and just have to figure it!

Yesterday we had a work coffee and talked, just the two of us, and I started feeling toward the end that the atmosphere was shifting to something romantic.

Then two of his female friends stepped into the cafe and spotted us.

I get annoyed easily in these situations, so I conveyed with my body language that we should leave.

In the end he asked me if I will come to the office some time during the holidays, which I responded yes to.

I still don't know if I should open up to him first. Something tells me he will be okay with being approached, due to the signs of his moon and venus (sag and aries respectively). At the same time I don't want to come across as a hungry cougar lol.

I have never seduced a younger man before, especially none that is younger by a good couple of years haha.

I bet an Aquarius male with Mercury conjunct Neptune would provide that information quite willingly (if he even knows) and may well be rather intrigued by such a question. With that conjunction in Capricorn, I'd normally say he might be a little slower on the uptake than the typical Aqua, but his Uranus is sitting right there too, so he may get your astrological angle. Also, I didn't read fully through because I wanted to give you my interpretation fresh from my thoughts, without influence from others. I will come back and add more after I post my thoughts, and then read others' comments.

I see a lot of interesting similarities between you two, but I really feel that this connection is to help the two of you grow and gain from each other through those similar yet different aspects. I won't read the houses since we don't know his TOB.

You are a Sun Pluto, him Venus Pluto. You both crave that intensity. You live it, embody it. He seeks it. It's looking like he is a moon Pluto too, and I feel like you being Sun Pluto immediately fulfills this requirement for him in a woman. You have that touch of Pluto/8th house to your Moon too, so you get it. You're on similar emotional wavelengths. I would watch that semi square from Pluto to his Mercury, and the wide square to Mars. I don't know that he's in control of his emotions as you are.

His Sun Mars too adds to his passionate nature. He is reserved but once you get to know him there's a whole different layer to him. He's deep, intense, intelligent. I think also pretty much in his own world so to speak- not in a Neptunian sense but an Aries/Mars sense. If your guess is right and he does have a square from Saturn to his ASC, this very much appeals to you. You need that depth in a partner and passion, but they have to be steady and in control of it.

I wonder how you would feel with his Saturn on your 8th moon? It could be heavy, but I somehow feel that you may handle that well, and even like it. Saturn is heavy for a Pisces Moon though. But with your own Saturn on DSC, I don't think it's a deal breaker. He's clearly hitting your relationship houses and matches your partner profile.

My gut reaction is the pull is bringing you together to heal an internal wound for the both of you, then propel you each forward on your own path. Since I posted this him and I have had several interactions, and at this point I am sure he knows I am attracted to him.

You are absolutely right about each of us wanting to maintain control. Confession: in all my past relationship I was the one mostly in control. I wonder if all women feel that way? In either case, since I became aware of my feelings for him, I have started to loosen up a lot like never before, not just around him, but around other people as well in general.

Last week at our boss's christmas lunch party, he learned about a certain aspect of my lifestyle. He was quick to point out that he thinks that isn't good for me, but he put it in a very tactful and strategic, almost fatherly way, which I thought was pretty smart of him! I usually ignore people or give them a sharp stare when I sense my independence taking a blow, but as he said that I found myself lowering my head and nodding along! I thought that was so unlikely of me! An hour later my Aries mercury was like, how dare he, I actually like it this way and I will show him how this aspect of my life will be something he'll appreciate lol!

Since then I also caught a glimpse of his inner wild character (by looking at his social media content), and I no longer think he is that shy. I am more experienced and socially open, but I feel in a way he is more confident and overall just lets things be.

I am also so curious how his mars square my pluto will turn out. He did ask me about two weeks ago to help him through collaborating with him at work, but I am not yet sure I want to. So, I didn't give him a clear response. If he did the same to me I would be so angry (in a scorpionic plotting way).

Also, when I told him about my career dreams he seemed a bit shocked at first, but then managed to act gracefully and smile. I know that women in high positions can be a turn off for some men. I guess I will have to find out his time of birth, to see which houses his moon and venus are in.

As a Sun Mars in Aqua, I'd say he's going to do his thing and not think twice. He doesn't have to question what he does and how people perceive it bcs honestly he doesn't care. Aqua Mars does their thing!

I love that delayed reaction! Your Aries Mercury was in for ride- too funny! Isn't it interesting how we see the charts playing out so soon after meeting someone? I guess that's why sometimes we can be profoundly affected by a random, complete stranger interaction.

All in all, you know he's into you and you know exactly how to proceed. You feel things whether or not you think them, so instinctively you always know what to do. I think this is a passionate connection that could be pretty fun for you. It comes with lessons, but gotta love that heat.

I was thinking about this recently. Maybe it's Moon Mars connections? Maybe it's Water? But when you have solid intuition, sometimes the downfall is you understand feelings so well it's a challenge to intellectualize them? Like you feel so naturally, that you don't always think about them... then you question it because you didn't think it, so then you ask yourself... is it even there?
