If Saturn (and Saturn / Chiron) opposite Mars.
Will the Saturn person feel repulsed by the Mars person? Even just the sight of them?

Depends whos the Saturn. I will just comment on the Saturn opposite Mars as I don't know about asteroids and I don't use them.

Mars opposite Saturn would make the people involved have difficulties in their sexual life, how the Mars person acts, Saturn would try to control Mars, probably as you say, repulsion it's a theme. But I've seen lots of people with this aspect between them.

The dignity matters too as if Saturn it's in a good sign and works well there, he will be less harsh in his controlling.

Applies the same for Mars as his impulsive nature could be for better or for worse depending on which sign is he in.

Anyway, this is not a good combination as the opposition it's a separating aspect, a never ending energy that tries to get balanced, but it will never will.

Saturn is debilitated in Mars' sign - Aries - and it doesn't work well in Scorpio also.

Mars would be A BIT more ok with the energy because he's exalted in Capricorn, but still the opposition will make it difficult.

If it were a conjunction, then it would have worked better.
