I don't think so - I mean Pluto can also cause profound intense attachments that could cause someone to come back (be drawn back in - but Pluto can also cut off) - also Jupiter forgives easily; and may be the optimist.

This is on point.

Regarding the general question of who will who approach after a breakup (if ever), both first house rulers need to be examined in synastry (and progressed synastry).
