I've had Saturn in Aquarius transiting my 5th house since Feb 25, 2022. On the exact day it entered, my boyfriend ended things after he had ghosted for a few days. Saturn also crossed his DSC that day.

Now, on January 22, 2023, when Venus and the Moon conjuncted Saturn in Aquarius, a new, different boyfriend of 9 months texted, "I need a break" and disappeared. Saturn began conjuncting his natal Saturn a week later. I have yet to hear from him.

Is Saturn in the 5th just about dating people going through intense Saturn transits, and in the case of Aquarius, dating those who ghost while doing so?

Jupiter in Aries just entered my 7th two days ago and Venus in Aries will be there in three days. I was hoping these two benefics would potentially revive my relationship but now I'm wondering if it's gone for good.

But ghosting, it's an Aquarius thing. but I haven't seen some personal planets in Aquarius for this guy. I can't see good the chart also. The graphic is upsetting to my eyes. The planets are really small and the wheel it's really big. Maybe you can try astro.com and post a synastry chart.

Everyone ghosts someone at some point and for different reasons - there's nothing else to say, playing games, they have some problems and they need time on their own, someone could have done something really bad and there's no point in talking about it, etc.
