Can you guys give me your take on this potential relationship I could have with this female co-worker? Thank you! First thing I noticed in our Synastry was her Saturn conjunct my Chiron😨😱😭, hopefully we still have potential to move beyond a First Date, if/when we decide to go on one. Thx!

But it looks very powerful to me with the kite formation on the composite, that also sits right on your talent triangle - and both with Pluto at apex.

This kite in the composite sitting on your talent triangle widely forms a kite in your natal chart also, then: the composite Jupiter at the base again.

She is quite a different nature to you. And - unlike you - she is very different to the composite chart.

And then, your Uranus joins her Pluto, to make a kite in her chart as well.

Both kites (and the wide one in your chart as mentioned) are with Pluto at the apex. Signifying of course the potential for a power couple, and issues and themes around power. I'd be looking at your Marses then, and hope they are in good communication with one another and in your own natal charts....

With her kite, she has her Chiron quite close by with her Pluto, which signifies a degree of pain and experience with deep sensitivity around external forces of imposed power (Pluto as outer planet = energy coming from outside the psyche).

Also, you both have south nodes around the general vicinity of Pluto, and it is closer again in the composite. So, you may both find that your issues around power are a bit "been there done that", and may find it less attractive or enticing after a time.

Also, her Uranus forms one leg at the base of a yod, in your own chart. The apex being your Sun. Which translates to strong concentrated energy/forces pointing to your identity and integrity as a whole and individuated person (still about power). It is challenged in this formation (a yod) made in the interaction that you have with her.

You get totally taken off into her air grand trine with your Moon conjunct in Libra. That looks like a lot of fun. And a nice contrast to both of your watery/earth planets. Exciting/enchanting to see that other side of her personality? Also, it takes your Moon-Chiron trine, into a grand trine. That's a great comfort and a need there, that's being filled (by her).

There are likely more attractive forces and dynamics in the charts, but, alas, I don't have time to go in any deeper!

I didn't look at your synastry - only a 2-second glance to see a lot of red and conjunctions (competing for space = power). So, a fair amount of complications to nut out.

So you guys think the Saturn/Chiron conjunction in Gemini is no big deal then?

I also noticed I don't put any of my planets in her 5/7th/and 8th Houses, so probably nothing more that a fling then right?

What can be said about Jupiter conjunct Moon and Jupiter in the same sign as my Sun? With Moon trine Sun on top of that.

It's easy to find interpretations on the net about each individual aspect. So, you can do that, lol.

It's the weighting of the whole picture that's the hard part.

Honestly, I think you may be be close for a while ("may"), then you'll have an intense break up. But, again, that's at a quick glance.

Or, put another way, there will be attraction at first, then you'll grate on each other (big time) and need to separate.

I think it's pretty much what I said in my first post but without saying it.
