What are your thoughts on centaurs like Pholus' role with fated events and encounters (in a tight orb)?

I am the first link, he is the 2nd (just my Google Drive images):

I'm looking at K's Pholus' in Aquarius square to my Ascendant in Scorpio, along with squaring my Pluto and Sappho in tight orb, and Pholus inconjunct to my Chiron in Cancer within less than one degree.

People have talked about how transiting Pholus has the power to "explode" what it touches (specifically with conjunctions), and squares cause potential friction and tension, so they can also "explode" things. I'm thinking, "how bad could this be... can I handle it"? This is a significant professional relationship with a lot of potential that other aspects indicate could trigger, according to some sources, a "healing crisis".

In our composite chart, Saturn is also tightly square Pholus and Chariklo and inconjunct to Mars, yet loosely (5.5 degrees) trine the Sun.

Thank you, Randall! (BUMP - I know it's still long, but I edited a lot of it out and would love some feedback on the Pholus aspects!)
