Yeah, he keeps telling me that I’m everything he’s looking for. But it doesn’t make sense to me. Because he’s never been with my type before. And currently he has transit Neptune conjunct his DSC so maybe he’s just delusional.

You chart Uranus is pretty nearby his and I'd say he's drawn to you due to the previous mentioned aspects but your 5th house mnar his chart Uranus makes this attraction as shocking to him as you. He might find himself behaving much differently towards you than previous others.

Also karmic ties and or predestined connections, you have both Saturn's snuggling. Idk if he seems he wants you as a responsibility in some way or if you are towards him?

Saturn can position people together that offer each other structure and a sense of standing "test of time". Even if the emotions are stronger on only one side. You're chart ruler tells me you are someone who does warm up to people, in time. When you feel a sense of joy in the connection.

Your Aqua moon hitting his 5th, I feel this is a 2punch surprise. 1st he feels your nurturing and it arouses him but as well in a way he can see himself making you a mother to his children. I do think he sees you for more than desire, there's a lot to this connection imo.
