There isn't much compatibility the Sun, Moon, or Mercuries aren't compatible.

I'm an Aquarius Moon and I'm friends with a Virgo Moon. And it's tough because I can be so aloof. I think what helps is that my Moon is in his 4th house conjunct his North Node. This makes me feel comfortable with him whereas it's easier for me to open up. Aquarius Moon can be detached which is hard for Virgo Moons.
