I’m not sure if you’re asking about BML or 1181, but I have experienced their BML conjunct my Venus a number of times. The thing those connections had in common is that when things ended, the other person was seemingly unphased, but I was left a little wrecked 😕

My experience has been other factors need to trigger it. I have had their BML conjunct or opposite my Venus, and nothing for me. However, my Venus is conjunct my MC and not usually something that triggers attraction on it's own as a result.

My own BML is opposite Moon and conjunct Jupiter, so those are the planets I need to be triggered. Have you looked at your chart to see what is going on with your Venus or BML and how or why it could be set off? I think that may give you better clues.

Bml is conjunct my ascendant.
This synastry I have with someone his venus conjunct my lilith.
He has venus virgo he seems very giving tbh lol

Unsure if I've experienced it outside of family relations- but I have this (loose) aspect with two of my siblings. We all three have Venus in Scorpio and I have got Lilith there (as well as I'm a heavy Scorpio dominant person anyway).

The loyalty is INTENSE but also so can the arguments be. Tension between us has been more intense than any other connection I've experienced with Lilith aspects, but I also grew up with them for the most part.

That said, I was the 'black sheep'/outcast of the family, so that also played a role.

There is a deep bond as well as deep rifts at times. Lilith person tends to be the focus of it, but it entirely depends on the situations and people involved. Lilith just makes an easy scapegoat because we tend to be the 'loudest' in the situation.
