I am very curious on this aspect, I have been researching it last night, and this morning.

When I read descriptions of this, they say that the Pluto person can help the ASC or the 1st House person step into their power and become more dominant, or confident. Has anyone experienced this either being the Pluto person, or being the ASC-House person?

I often hear about Pluto-ASC/House with the Pluto person usually being Male while the ASC/House person usually being female, but how would this be in roles reversed?

An experience could be something simple (ironic since this is an intense placement) as the Pluto person transformed the way the ASC/House person dresses, or how they act, has anyone done that or have been on the receiving end of that?

Any thoughts or insight would be helpful!

A whole generation of people, now in their 30s, put their Pluto in my 1st since I am Scorpio rising. Even if we were to narrow that to just 5 degrees from my AC, that’s still very many people.

As always the answer depends on what house Pluto rules in their own chart, are they Plutonian (as in does this aspect their inner planets) or is it simply a generational influence to them.

As per the first para, I’ve met many with their Pluto in my 1st. It’s hard to sus out someone else’s Pluto when Pluto is your chart ruler. You could say that they are lending you their power, then again Pluto is also complications.

How did you feel with their Pluto in your 1st house when you came into contact with them? Did they have power over you, or changed, "transform" you in anyway?

Not to butt into another convo! But as someone with Scorpio Pluto in the 8th (and a whole Sun stellium there) it's very noticeable when running into a Scorpio rising! In which case I am usually the Pluto person- but as StrangeCat said, the ENTIRE millennial generation has Pluto in Scorpio, so as a generation whole they will always interact with Scorpio risings in a very intense way.

Lately I have found that Pluto brings FOCUS to whatever it interacts with (and can actually be quite dull/less interactive if there are no aspects or direct contacts made) -- so in contact with someone's ascendant line, the focus may suddenly become the AC person.

How they behave, almost an inability to not pay attention to them (which can absolutely be annoying or awful when we are young- think bullying because someone 'stands out' too much in perception of their peers).

If it's outside of the Pluto generation (which really ... I hesitate to suggest dating outside of it, as unless it's right near the transition years, this is going to be a noticeable AGE GAP relationship, and as we mature as a species we are screaming to let everyone know this is NOT the way to keep moving forward. But I digress.

Pluto in someone's first house will likely feel the presence of each other in some way. There may be power plays, games, dynamics here that could be pleasant and consentual, or awful and ridiculous, sometimes bordering (or full on) abusive. Pluto seems to be a place in need of maturity. If you're uncomfortable with endings or things being over when they need to be (this includes death at times) then you may find yourself with a lot of issues.

With Pluto, you better be okay at relinquishing the need to control another person, ESPECIALLY in intimate relationships.

Don’t worry about butting in. Everyone is welcome to chime in their thoughts. 😁

I should add a disclaimer: I have Uranus conjunct my Scorpio AC and this same Uranus aspects all my inner planets except Venus. By that same token, Pluto is not only my chart ruler, but aspects both my luminaries, Jupiter and
Merc.

So do I feel their Pluto? As in control and power games? Honestly? Not at all.

I am not only Pluto rising, I have an aspected Pluto at that.

Those with Pluto in my first that I have encountered usually work for me in some way. Let’s remember that Mars rules my 6th and my natal Mars is in Virgo. Eg. My primary care physician. It’s her job to use her Pluto on my physical body.

My primary care physician also treats both of my children and I, their mother, often speak on their behalf. So she has a lot of interaction with me.

I also have 2 colleagues who work indirectly with me. Both of that generation. They seem very amiable - even the one with Sun, Moon and Venus in Scorpio.

With Scorpio, you gotta be their kind of person for them to trust you. Then they are the most loyal kind of people that you could encounter.

If anything, I feel blessed by this encounter.

Oh yeah, seconding the generational Pluto note! I suspect this plays a role in every inter-Pluto generational group, but especially with Pluto in Scorpio.

I imagine having Uranus on the AC plays a huge role in letting whatever comes at you sort of roll off like a duck's back - I've seen similar within my generation as well who has Cap rising. They are either so unbothered or most people don't even feel the urge to beef with them in any way.

The Pluto in Scorpio gen definitely have a lot more power games than most- but even within that I would say we are (for the most part) growing out of it within our generation. Unfortunately what I do see is a lot of whatever has been undealt with getting aimed at younger (sometimes older) gens instead. Typical projection issues of every gen as they get older and stop identifying with their own aging.

Anyone who isn’t self aware will project their issues onto those they come into contact with. This isn’t limited to Pluto in their charts, but just a general disassociation with certain houses or energies in their charts.

Quite often they don’t even realise that they are projecting because they disown that part of themselves entirely!

A reading with an astrologer of almost 6 decades (he even teaches at Kepler College) has taught me that Pluto is the strongest of the 10 planets. I try to remember that in all my dealings with others because if I am not self-aware, I could seriously injure the pride of another person. More so with Mars in Virgo in the mid-degrees, being my chart co-ruler. A proficiency at launching “truth bombs” doesn’t exactly endear you to others. 😅

Being Uranian (as opposed to an Aquarian, which is ruled both by Saturn and Uranus) I do tend to see things differently. What troubles others doesn’t even register as an annoyance.

I was told that Uranus is exalted in Scorpio anyway. Why it should be thus, I’m not sure entirely. 🤔 I have always been involved in groups (causes, social, special interests like astrology) and I wouldn’t be able to do that if I were to court conflict in interpersonal relationships.

As someone with a lot of Pluto in the 8th energy, I wholly agree with that truth dropping not being welcomed in most cases hah! It’s still a work in progress to find where and when it’s welcomed and not solely used as a defence mechanism either (possibly bc it being in my 8th makes the stakes feel higher).

I do love the idea that Uranus is exalted in Scorpio- it makes total sense. Scorpio (IME) loves uncovering truth as a means of growth and archeological learning, especially for the sake of ‘personal’ growth. Uranus in Scorpio gives a flavour of ‘wow this is so cool’ to most learnings. I could be biased however as I have an older brother and a few friends in that age group and I just love the feeling of unbound exploration. Well, that it gives me, not sure how yall feel about it! 😂
